RockFit with The Hardys - Rosie

Gods, this lot really know how to lift your mood 🥰
What a great class tonight with these legends, all the squats and all the laughs - plus it seems the pom-poms aren’t going anywhere 😆
Bonus points to the fabulous rendition of Slayer where I demonstrated the song and Rockfit with the Hardys - Dave shouted the cues from his chair in the sidelines! 😂
Love y’all 🖤

It’s ROCKTOBER 🔥
Which means a full month and of course our Halloween Rockathon with Rockfit with Jen and 𝕽𝖔𝖈𝖐𝖋𝖎𝖙 𝖜𝖎𝖙𝖍 𝕾𝖆𝖗𝖆𝖍 𝕲𝖗𝖆𝖈𝖊 on the 31st 🕺🏼🖤
We’ll be sneaking in some spooky tracks over the month, let’s go! 💪

The gradual descent into chaos… a bit like class tonight to be fair 😂 (honourable mention to my mic flying off during PSYCHO 🙃)
You guys are the best, it’s always the highlight of the week seeing you all 🩷

Just a reminder to come and see these two faces at class this evening!
Looks like the temperature is up again today, the air con will be on as always, please bring water with you ☺️🔥

Ok so we all got VERY excited by pom poms this evening, turns out they work with pretty much every RockFit track 😂 and they looked glorious!
Captain Dave was missed by us all tonight, please send your healing vibes his way 💞
Fab playlist, fab company. Thanks as always gang 🤘🏻

Seeing as there’s no class tonight, give this a watch!
We were honoured to hang out with the awesome guys from Festpod at Download Festival 🔥

RockFit founder Hannah Hawkey and her team tell Festpod how rock and metal fitness grew into an inclusive nationwide community.

Morning gang, apologies but class is CANCELLED tonight (Tuesday 15th September) 🩷
Enjoy your week off! 🤘🏻

We missed Captain Dave instructing tonight, but this wonderful gang smashed it!
I thought I’d put a nice toning playlist together…good gods that was sweaty 🥵
But I kept telling everyone to go to their happy place - and with possibly my favourite review ever, our gorgeous Michaela replied with “but THIS is my happy place!” 🥹😭
Love y’all, let’s all pray for Rockfit with the Hardys - Dave ‘s shoulder to be better next week 🩷
