⭐️Meet the Team – Kylie
Kylie is our Level 3 Educator and Room Lead, bringing passion, dedication, and a caring approach to everything she does.
Outside of work, Kylie enjoys spending quality time with her family, going on days out and weekend getaways, and loves cooking and baking.
Kylie loves working with children because she enjoys making a positive difference in their lives and watching them grow as they achieve important milestones. She finds it especially rewarding to support children with English as an Additional Language (EAL), helping them find ways to communicate while building their confidence and overcoming language barriers.
Kylie believes that strong, trusting relationships are at the heart of great early years practice. She takes pride in building warm, secure bonds with every child, helping them feel safe, valued, and confident to learn through play. She also values creating positive partnerships with parents and carers, working closely with families to ensure every child receives the best possible support both at nursery and at home.
As Room Lead, Kylie enjoys working alongside her colleagues, sharing ideas, supporting one another, and creating a nurturing environment where children can thrive. Looking to the future, she is passionate about children’s mental health and supporting children with additional needs. She is excited to continue developing her knowledge and skills in these areas and will soon be starting her Level 3 SENCO qualification.
⭐️Meet the Team – Louise
Louise is a Preschool Practitioner who began her childcare career as an apprentice. She recently achieved her Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification with a distinction and is currently working towards her Level 3 SENCO qualification.
Louise loves being part of each child’s learning journey, supporting their development and celebrating the progress they make as they achieve new skills and milestones. She particularly enjoys discovering what motivates each child and seeing how their interests and curiosity are reflected in their play and learning.
She enjoys getting to know each child’s unique personality and creating a nurturing environment where they feel happy, confident, and eager to explore. Louise also values working closely with parents and carers, developing positive partnerships to ensure every child receives the support they need to flourish.
She believes that working together with both families and her team helps create a positive, inclusive environment where children can reach their full potential.
Outside of work, Louise enjoys camping, walking, and exploring the beautiful Yorkshire Dales and Scottish Highlands. She also loves spending time baking for family and friends. ⭐️⭐️
