šŸ§  Every time I watch Bam, I am more impressed - and considering how impressed I already was, thats tough. Overcoming aggressive and successful volume attacks in such a composed and deliberate manner is mindblowingly cool. He hits hard, creates better angles than 99% of other world champions and, most importantly, seems to have the nuts to fight any one, any time.

šŸ§  A tall, rangey, hard hitting and awkward (ungainly) opponent, he looks almost unbalanced at times. Iā€™m not 100% sold on him from what iā€™ve seen, but the obvious challenges he presents make him an interesting inclusion to the SMW division.

šŸ§  Mendoza came into this fight at, I believe, ONE weekā€™s notice. However, tall, rangey, relaxed southpaws are an absolute nightmare to fight - especially if that isnā€™t what youā€™ve been preparing for!

šŸ§  Granted, its tough to know this early, but I wasnā€™t overwhelmed. I think the stoppage was unnecessary, even though he was winning clearly, the opponent was compus mentus and shouldā€™ve been given a chance. Iā€™ve got a feeling Kamara will look better and better once the excitement of his professional career diminishes and he settles into his promotional positioning.

šŸ§  This was a wicked fight, Oā€™Leary never stopped trying to press and kept attacking even when hurt. Chamberlain showed guts and IQ to recover from the body shot - very, very entertaining boxing!

šŸ§  Thereā€™s an air of vulnerability around Floyd Schofield III; heā€™s lazy on his exits, expends alot of energy moving with minimal end product and, seemingly, doesnā€™t have the one-punch power in his locker. What are your thoughts? Who should be next?

šŸ§  nope. He had success, but has zero adaptability or evolutionary capacity. Mayweather gets better and more in control as the fight progresses. He understandings distance and timing better and ā€œhasā€ your rhythm and patterns. Thats why in rematches he invariably wins even easier.

šŸ§  I think Haney vs Stevenson would be a very close fight - both men are good boxers, both have a good understanding of range. Stevenson, for me, has better defence and more adaptability, so i think he would win a close fight on points.
