We had a wonderful turnout to our annual Affordable Art Fair on Saturday and we are delighted to announce that we raised £300 for Hospiscare Honiton. Thank you so much to everyone who took part and everyone who came along to show their support.

DON'T FORGET! Our affordable art fair is this Saturday 22nd November (10 am to 2 pm) at The School of Art & Wellbeing, Cuckoo Down Lane, Honiton EX14 9TT.

This exhibition of students and local artists will be full of small paintings, cards and books, ideal for Christmas gifts.

2-day Colour Course with Mary Ann Mackenzie

£200

An immersive weekend course to enable you to master the language of colour. Everything you ever wanted to know about colour is taught here. You will take away a sketch book filled with reference and understanding of the science and alchemy, the joy and intuitive impulses that colour brings when creating a painting.

Coffee on from 9.30 am and we finish at 4pm.
Plenty of parking.
Bring your own lunch, beverages on tap all day. Accommodation available!

Just 3 places available on this oil painting class starting soon!

We will be making small “sets” using the studio with its cookers, sinks and kitchen objects to create areas of interest.

Working from drawn tonal studies we will extend them to oil paintings starting on small 6”x 6” and moving on to larger paintings.
