⭐ M I S S M A R T I N ⭐ As we approach the end of term we want to acknowledge the amazing service of retiring members of staff. Miss Sandra Martin has taught at Sullivan for 38 years; many of you will have fond memories of her as a form teacher, her ICT & Computer Science lessons as well as faithfully leading Christian Union meetings and many CU ‘Houseparties’! Miss Martin will be greatly missed by pupils and colleagues and we wish her a very happy and healthy retirement.

The line up was highly competitive with groups pitching the following ideas:

- a Sullivan football team
- a Lock box to hold an access all areas key on the sport pitches
- foldable basketball hoops
- a sensory room
- a stationery supply shop
- a wellbeing garden
- creative musical instrument storage
- outdoor water fountain
- weights machine for the gym

Huge congrats to all our finalists and their amazing displays and effort.

How lovely it was for our department to host staff,past pupils (&past pupils),family and friends at our Creative Arts Exhibition.
Unfortunately it’s not yet time for us to reveal closeups of the work but hopefully these photos sum up the vibe.

W E A R E H I R I N G - A teacher of Design & Technology to A2-level. This exciting opportunity of a permanent full-time post has arisen due to the promotion of a member of staff. It is expected that the person appointed will take up post from Tuesday 19 August 2026 or as soon as possible thereafter.
The school is seeking to appoint an appropriately qualified person with the ability, commitment and drive to provide challenging teaching for able and well-motivated young people.
The closing date for applications is Wednesday 24th June at 12pm with interviews proposed to take place on Monday 29th June.
