Early Explorers Day Nursery & Play Group 🌟

Would you like to use your 30 hours free childcare flexibly? well we have some exciting news!

We have some spaces available so why not get booked in for a show round and get ready September 🌟

What we offer:

BABY ROOM 0-2 years - A beautiful home from home environment where your baby will be loved and cared for by our amazing baby room practitioners. We build wonderful relationships with our babies and their families 💛

PLAY GROUP 2-3 years - We deliver both flying start sessions and private nursery sessions making our nursery available to all ☺️ carefully planned environments and activities that will ensure your little ones will thrive 🧡

Sessions are FLEXIBLE so we can really work with our families to tailor your childcare to your specific requirement’s ☺️

PRE - SCHOOL 3-4 years - we offer up to 30 fully funded hours (CHILDCARE OFFER) that can be used flexibly across the week - Our preschool is run by our Qualified Teacher and our pre school children can also join our day time swim classes making their day even more enjoyable 🌟

Our location offers easy access, swim lessons, yoga, football, tennis, soft play, library visits and a wonderful outdoor learning environment plus we are FULLY FLEXIBLE - working hard to offer better childcare choices to our families. Our aim is you only pay for the childcare you use 🌟

We have had a great morning in the studio where it has been lovely and cool!🤍

We enjoyed a tuff tray filled with frozen paint and water! And a water tray filled with frozen boats 🛶
We enjoyed watching the frozen objects melt and we used our fingers and lollipop sticks to paint the tuff tray after they had melted! 🎨🖌️

We then ventured out into the garden! We made sure to put our suncream and hats on🧢
We loved exploring in the garden and playing on the soft play. We enjoyed building with the colourful blocks, reading stories and riding on the bikes! 🚲

Our babies have had a very fun morning today!

We enjoyed digging in a crushed weetabix insect tray🦟🪲🪳
We explored this tray using our hands, fingers and we also gave it a little taste!😋
This tray was very good for our fine and gross motor skills, practicing standing up by holding onto the table and exploring different textures! 🤍

We have had a lovely day!😊
For our theme this week in the toddler room we are learning about transport! Today we have enjoyed looking at visual cards, having some great discussions during together time and playing with lots of different kinds of transport in our small world area! 🚘
Learning about transport is very important as it teaches children about the world around them, encourages lots of new vocabulary and motor skills! 🚂

Rydym wedi cael diwrnod hyfryd! 😊
Ar gyfer ein thema yr wythnos hon yn yr ystafell blant bach, rydym yn dysgu am drafnidiaeth! Heddiw, rydym wedi mwynhau edrych ar gardiau gweledol, cael trafodaethau gwych yn ystod yr amser grŵp, a chwarae gyda llawer o wahanol fathau o drafnidiaeth yn ein hardal 'byd bach'! 🚘
Mae dysgu am drafnidiaeth yn bwysig iawn gan ei fod yn dysgu plant am y byd o'u cwmpas, ac yn annog llawer o eirfa newydd a sgiliau echddygol! 🚂

This week the children have been exploring the garden area independently and have been enjoying time where they can use their physical motor skills to use the nursery equipment, team work/sharing to play with other children and access resources together and just having fresh air and fun!💚

Yr wythnos hon mae'r plant wedi bod yn archwilio'r ardd yn annibynnol ac wedi bod yn mwynhau amser lle gallant ddefnyddio eu sgiliau echddygol corfforol i ddefnyddio offer y feithrinfa, gwaith tîm/rhannu i chwarae gyda phlant eraill a chael mynediad at adnoddau gyda'i gilydd a chael awyr iach a hwyl!💚

To continue with the theme under the sea, the toddler room have been exploring a shimmer blue water tray where we could splash, keep cool, talk about the different animals that we find in the sea and play alongside and with our friends!
The children used their malleable skills to change the shape of the playdough, we used tools to mark make and create patterns as well as mix the two colours together to see what pattern we could create! 💙💛

I barhau â'r thema o dan y môr, mae ystafell y plant bach wedi bod yn archwilio hambwrdd dŵr glas disglair lle gallem sblasio, cadw'n oer, siarad am yr anifeiliaid gwahanol rydyn ni'n dod o hyd iddyn nhw yn y môr a chwarae ochr yn ochr â'n ffrindiau!
Defnyddiodd y plant eu sgiliau hyblyg i newid siâp y toes chwarae, fe wnaethon ni ddefnyddio offer i farcio, gwneud a chreu patrymau yn ogystal â chymysgu'r ddau liw gyda'i gilydd i weld pa batrwm y gallem ei greu! 💙💛

This week the toddlers are focusing on the world that live in the sea! We have been exploring the different types of animals that we may find along with all the colours associated with the ocean!
During together time we have been reading a book called Sharing a shell which the children have been super intrigued to listen to! 📕 🐙🩵
The children have been creating some special craft for the one they love to celebrate this weekend! 🩵

Yr wythnos hon mae'r plant bach yn canolbwyntio ar y byd sy'n byw yn y môr! Rydym wedi bod yn archwilio'r gwahanol fathau o anifeiliaid y gallem ddod o hyd iddynt ynghyd â'r holl liwiau sy'n gysylltiedig â'r cefnfor!
Yn ystod amser gyda'n gilydd rydym wedi bod yn darllen llyfr o'r enw Rhannu cragen ac mae'r plant wedi bod yn chwilfrydig iawn i wrando arno! 📕 🐙🩵

Colour themed rice tray and a frozen paint water tray were today’s activities! ❄️ 💧🌈

The children really enjoyed exploring the textures in the rice tray, scooping, pouring and mixing the rice together and using language to others about the colours they see and textures they feel! 🌈💛💚

In the water tray we explored the ice melting and the colours mixing! This intrigued the children as they asked questions about the ice and colours! 🧊

Mwynhaodd y plant archwilio'r gweadau yn yr hambwrdd reis yn fawr, gan sgwpio, tywallt a chymysgu'r reis gyda'i gilydd a defnyddio iaith gydag eraill am y lliwiau maen nhw'n eu gweld a'r gweadau maen nhw'n eu teimlo! 🌈💛💚

Yn yr hambwrdd dŵr, fe wnaethon ni archwilio'r iâ yn toddi a'r lliwiau'n cymysgu! Roedd hyn yn ddiddorol i'r plant wrth iddyn nhw ofyn cwestiynau am yr iâ a'r lliwiau! 🧊

A little arts and craft session with our babies!
The theme of the week being Under the Sea , the babies created their very own fish for a display within the room!
The children enjoyed exploring the different textures of the paint, tissue paper and the glue! We were all very intrigued with the marks being made by us and the other children aswell as the colours mixing! 🩵💚🤍

This week the babies have been focusing on the theme ‘Under the sea’! Where they have been exploring lots of different sea animals and creatures, the colours associated with the sea and of course having a splash with their friends! 💦 🐋
