Hi guys,
Just a note to say that we hope you and your families are well. 🥰 We've noticed a lot of posts on social media over the last couple of weeks advising what you should and should not be doing with your children during this time of crisis. This is just our take on it....
* First and foremost, you know your children and your family best.💖
* Some children including some with additional needs may find being out of the normal routine all too overwhelming. For these children, some kind of timetable may work best. We're not talking the school day here, but either a visual or written timetable may help to give these children some security during these difficult times. 🌈
* Some families may feel that things are all just too much to deal with right now and movie days and relaxed rules are the way forward for now.💕
* Others may want to make sure the school tasks are the focus for now💞
* Families vary hugely in size, age and ability of children. For some parents the thought of how to go about 'home schooling ' their children will be filling them with dread and anxiety right now.
* Others may have found what works best for them this week and are raring to go next week💗
* Some may be also be trying to juggle working from home with 'home schooling'
We want you to know that we are here for you during this difficult time. With over 20 years of experience in teaching children from 3 to 11, with a range of needs and abilities, we aim to offer you support, advice and activities during this time of national emergency
