Our RHMA Grading Week is your opportunity to put your skills to the test, demonstrate your progress and show the discipline and determination you’ve developed throughout your training.

📅 Check the schedule carefully and make sure you know which session applies to you. Any questions, speak to one of the Sensei’s soonest.

Sweeps are an important part of kickboxing, but learning to perform them safely and with control is just as important as learning the technique itself.

Our students have been working on balance, timing, control and correct technique, ensuring sweeps are performed responsibly and safely for both themselves and their training partners.

🥊 NEW! SEN Kickboxing Classes at RHMA 🥊

We're excited to launch our brand-new SEN Kickboxing Classes, designed specifically for children with Special Educational Needs in a fun, safe and supportive environment.

These sessions focus on much more than just kickboxing. Children will have the opportunity to:
⭐ Build confidence
⭐ Improve focus and concentration
⭐ Develop discipline and self-control
⭐ Make new friends
⭐ Learn new skills at their own pace.

Every child is unique, and our inclusive classes are designed to encourage personal development, fitness and enjoyment in a welcoming atmosphere where everyone can thrive.

We’re offering a 2 Week FREE Trial, so come try it out.
Open to all ages.

📅 Every other Sunday (starting 20th September)
