🎓 Huge congratulations go to our Year 11 pupils who have produced another exceptional set of results, achieving the School’s highest ever pass rate at GCSE.

⭐ This year, an outstanding 97% of all GCSE entries were graded 9-4, significantly above the national pass rate of 67%. At the highest grades, 49% of all entries were awarded grades 7-9, more than double the national figure of 22%.

⭐ Across the year group, 56 pupils achieved at least one coveted Grade 9, reflecting the depth of talent, ambition and hard work within the cohort.

Particular congratulations go to pupils Tom S, Elsie S, Amir R, Johnnie O, Meg O, Isabelle L, Lucy C, Chris C, Tristan B, Jemima A and Adeola A, who achieved a remarkable clean sweep of grades 9-7 across all of their GCSE subjects.

A special mention goes to Ben B, who was acknowledged by Cambridge OCR as one of the top performers in GCSE Art and Design: Three-Dimensional Design this year, making him one of the top performing pupils in the country.

We are incredibly proud of all our Year 11 pupils and look forward to welcoming many of them into the Sixth Form as they begin the next exciting stage of their Gresham’s journey. 👏👏

Exceptional results, exciting destinations and ambitious futures were the order of the day at Gresham's as Sixth Form pupils celebrated another year of outstanding A Level and BTEC success. 👏🎓

At A Level, 42% of all grades were awarded at A* or A, compared with a national average of 28.5% while an impressive 89% of grades were awarded at A* to C, an increase on last year's already strong performance.

Pupils studying BTEC qualifications also enjoyed excellent success, with 30% achieving the prestigious Distinction* grade, reflecting the commitment, talent and ambition of this year's cohort.

Today's results are a testament to the determination, resilience and hard work of our pupils, supported throughout their journeys by dedicated teachers, tutors, Housemasters and Housemistresses, pastoral and support staff, the SEND team and their families.

We are immensely proud of everything they have achieved and look forward to seeing what they accomplish next as the newest generation of Old Greshamians. ✨

During the last week of the academic year, the girls battled it out in our Junior and Senior Tennis Tournaments. 🎾

Despite the heat, we saw some fantastic performances across both competitions. Congratulations to Year 9 pupil Teddy S, who claimed the Year 9 title, Year 10 pupil Lea G, who topped the Year 10 competition, and Head Girl Romilly H, who finished her final year at Gresham’s undefeated to secure the Senior title! 👏🏆
