Our STUDENT FEATURE is back!! Today we are excited to feature and her journey so far. Evie’s love of dance started aged 8 in Cheshire. During lockdown she decided that she wanted to pursue this as a career and here at Future Performers we were able help her and give her some great advice and options. Alongside her training at Laura Wilson’s she also spent 3 years and at 15 successfully auditioned and gained a place on the BTEC level 3 extended diploma in Manchester.
2 years ago before starting her course Evie was diagnosed with autism and told us that Shockout have been incredibly supportive and this made her decision to audition for their degree course after passing her BTEC an easy one. Evie is currently very happy and settled in her 1st year on the degree course at Shockout and aspires to dance professionally but also wants to go on and help neurodivergent young people who struggle with mental illness, specifically at dance college/university.
Evie has faced and continues to battle many challenges on her journey to achieve her dreams in performing arts but proves that whatever difficulties you face, with the right support, help and determination you can follow your dream of becoming a performer. Well done Evie. We will continue to follow your journey.

It has been a busy time for many amazing performers, creatives, stage technicians and theatres across the UK this Panto season! We love to see and support them and want to say a big THANK YOU! As well as professionals many students and graduates have a special theatre experience in these productions. If you agree or have been involved in Panto this year, give us a like and follow ❤️

An incredible experience seeing on Broadway!! What a show, also now showing in the West End. Such talent… always remember that every single performer started out with a passion to perform.. hard work and endless training, often more no’s than yes’s but always keep your dreams alive and keep pushing on. To all our Future Performers out there, this is why we are so passionate about what we do here!

What a fantastic weekend we had staying this weekend! Our founder and CEO Tess has some amazing memories of dancing in circuses during her early career and even went on to co-own one in Venezuela. Which ever route you take after training, fantastic times are ahead for you all. A wonderful production full of very talented artists, musicians and crew. Thanks for having us

Happy World Theatre Day!! We love seeing as many theatre shows as we can. We encourage students to experience live theatre. Remember all those performers started where you did guys… it’s all part of your training. Enjoy theatre!!

What a brilliant day spent yesterday. We had some great talks with some brilliant colleges and lovely catch ups with people in the industry that show great support in what we do!! Congratulations to all the students who performed and everyone who makes this great event happen!
