Final day of the retreat ✨
Yesterday was powerful - full of honesty, connection and moments that really stayed with me.
This morning we begin gently.
Some heading for a sea swim and sauna with Emily
Some with me for a slow mobility practice in the barns.
Different choices. Same intention - listening to what we need.
Then we come back together to close the circle with cacao, yoga nidra and a beautiful sound bath.
Feeling deeply grateful for this work, these people and the privilege of holding space like this.
