Welcome back to the new school year and to all our new families joining us this September. The children have had a fantastic time making new friends, exploring their new classroom and beginning their learning for the term.
It was wonderful to see how eager children were to come to school and join in with their learning this week and being on the gate to see all their smiles at the start of each day.
Our Early Years are settling in to school fantastically well and we hope they feel very proud at the end of their first week at St Catherine’s. Well done all!

Just a quick reminder that it is Christmas jumper / Deco Day tomorrow Friday 8th December. Children can come in wearing uniform with a Christmas/festive jumper. If you wish to donate to Save the Children there will be a bucket at each entry gate to the school.

On Friday, Year 2 traveled to the Tower of London and explored the castle. They were able to take a close look the the Crown Jewels and discovered what castle life was like.
