Love the new location for our classes at The Parent Hood of Harlow. Here’s a reminder of where it is.

We have classes on Tuesday and Saturday mornings so if you haven’t come along before or you have had a break, now is a great time to join us! It really is a lovely venue.

I am so happy to be part of Community and want to share the details of their fantastic postnatal course which starts on Thursday 6th November.

POSTNATAL PLUS is 6 weeks of expert led sessions covering mental, physical and emotional wellbeing alongside social time where you can build your community.

It is such a fantastic opportunity to learn, be around people who have children of a similar age, and have a regular weekly place to go to have some bonding time, forming new friendships that could help you along the parenting journey! People who have attended previous courses rave about it, loving just how valuable the sessions are!

Loved being at Ashlyn Care Home - Excelcare today for a Halloween themed intergenerational class. Always special to have everyone joining in and being able to bring smiles to so many of the residents. Thank you to everyone who came!

Had a lovely lunch today with Emelia meeting her friends after some swimming this morning. It’s so nice when the girls get together and the smiles they have! The food at was super yummy too - the children all liked their meals and treats. I even picked something up to get me through my first day back in my teaching role after the holidays. It was a great way to spend the last day of the holidays! 😄

Hello September 🍂
This month feels extra special (and a little emotional) as my eldest is starting school in reception this week. How did that happen so quickly? 😢💛

I know lots of your little ones might be starting school this week too - such a big milestone for them (and for grown-ups)!

What a lovely intergenerational class at Ashlyn Care Home - Excelcare! We had so much fun exploring our theme of ‘The Circus’. The best part of these classes is seeing how much the residents join in and enjoy the sessions - you can just see that it lights up their day from the photos. 🥰

😆 I am really excited about being back at in Harlow tomorrow for another intergenerational class!
