Here's a quick intro to Conditional Formatting using the Equal to... option.

This is really useful if you want to highlight specific information but don't want to search through to find them all!

Conditional Formatting does a lot more than just this, you can totally change the look of a cell based on what you put in the Conditional Formatting criteria.
