TWO ‘WHITE’ Horses:
WHY TWO:??

Brethren, I have become aware of confusion & deception amongst numerous brethren regards the TWO white horses of Revelation. And it is the numerous posts that made me aware and I just want to correct and verify the facts. TWO WHITE HORSES- YES, but VERY VERY DIFFERENT RIDERS.
There are two distinct white horses in Revelation: one in Chapter 6 (the first seal) represents a conqueror, often interpreted as the Antichrist (Satan) or false religion spreading globally, while the one in Chapter 19 is Christ Jesus, "Faithful and True," returning to judge, contrasting a deceptive mimicry with divine truth. The first white horse rider seeks conquest with a bow, symbolizing the first 3.5 years of the 7-year tribulation FALSE PEACE or religious deception, while Christ in Chapter 19 comes with a sword (the Word of God) to establish true justice.
The First White Horse (Revelation 6:1-2)
• The Rider: Given a crown and a bow, he rides out conquer-ing and to conquer. The rider is SATAN and he always mim-ics Christ Jesus to deceive the elect called out ones.
• Interpretation: This rider symbolizes the deceptive, con-quering force of the over 2000 false religions & false proph-ets , the Antichrist, a false messiah who appears to bring peace but leads to conquest – the Mark of the Beast, and spiritual bo***ge, mimicking Christ's true arrival, THUS Sa-tan even copies the WHITE HORSE.
The Second White Horse (Revelation 19:11-16)
• The Rider: "Faithful and True," with eyes like fire, many crowns, and a robe dipped in blood, described as the Word of God.
• Interpretation: This is the true Christ Jesus, returning in glo-ry with heavenly armies to judge the nations and establish righteousness, a stark contrast to the deceptive first rider.
Why Two?
• Mimicry and Deception: The first white horse serves as a counterfeit to the true Christ, who also appears on a white horse. Satan (or the Antichrist) imitates divine power to de-ceive humanity.
• Beginning & End: They bookend the Christian era, with the first representing the spreading of the gospel (and corruption within it) and the second representing Christ's final return to conquer evil.
• The True Word vs. Falsehood: The first rider's "bow" can be seen as a cheap imitation or a covenant of deceit, while the second rider embodies the powerful, righteous Word of God.
Brethren---- do not be deceived. We are warned throughout scripture of Satan’s FAKE PEACE. Please feel free to comment if you have questions, as we must all be clear on these topics.

Do not fight for love that is not ready as you will quickly find yourself compromising all your standards and values. Do not waste your energy trying to always Prove Your Worth. Those who ‘’SEE YOU’’ – do not need any explanations- and those who do not SEE YOU will never understand.
Sisters and Brothers--- most people you meet will never understand your heart, but God SEES YOUR HEART! People only see life from the depth they have reached within themselves. If they cannot value their own soul- they will certainly struggle to value yours. God did not create you and place you here in histories timeline at this exact moment so you could spend your life shrinking and holding yourself back for others. God expects you to be an example and a ‘light’ to an ungodly world.
You are not here to ‘DIM YOUR LIGHT’ so others feel comfortable. Some will meet you with openness and others will turn away offended. But that only speaks of where they are at – ‘NOT OF ‘’WHO’’ YOU ARE’ ! Walk away from those who cannot hold space for you nor MAKE TIME for you. The RIGHT PEOPLE will recognize your Godly Spirit without a single word. Your WORTH does not depend on who chooses you or rejects you. You have value to God because He created you for a purpose.
Remember: YOU are the one causing most of your problems. WHY? Because you keep trying to be good to everyone in a world full of evil & unreal people. You keep fixing that which is not broken. You keep trusting narcissistic bosses and friends who do not deserve you. You keep trying to fix people who DO NOT WANT to change. You keep giving your heart to those who only take advantage of your kind and generous nature. You live in hope that they will CHANGE—but change is the hardest single thing for people to do--- and without God’s help and forgiveness that alone is an impossible battle. You keep hoping your abusive parent or partner will Change- WHILE THEY KEEP BREAKING YOU. You feel disappointed- used and broken. JUST STOP IT. RIGHT NOW! TODAY! STOP giving your peace to those who only bring you pain. Stop loving the narcissist who always makes you ‘think’ it is your fault. STOP being loyal to people who do not even check on you--- and who never MAKE TIME for you. STOP letting people treat you like you are nothing.
You owe yourself peace. You owe yourself protection. You owe yourself ‘’boundaries’’.

NEW INFORMATION. (Jan. 2026)
Are you lukewarm? Are you caught in the endless cycle of NOT YET—thinking You Have More ‘’TIME’’ before you clean up your act? Satan does not need to steal your faith- he only needs to make you think you have ‘’TIME’’ to change your ways and commit fully to GOD.
My Brothers and Sisters: we are mere months away from the start of the 7 years of Tribulation. Will you accept the MARK OF THE BEAST unknowingly \simply by compromising the SATUR-DAY SABBATH? I was a member of the WCG for over 20 years- so that is where my base learning came from- via Mr. HW Arm-strong. A fantastic pastor- but even he did not understand every-thing, Why do I say that? Numerous ‘UNDERSTANDINGS’ have been locked up ‘’UNTIL THE END TIME’’- and that is here!
Now- called out brothers and sisters all over the world are receiv-ing NEW revelations, and I have been privy to new understand-ings via God and my online church connections.
I will briefly list a few to spark your interest and further study.
 There is nothing new under the sun. This scripture always puzzled me, but now my eyes have been opened to the fact that YES- there IS nothing new. How long have scientists and engineers wondered on the precise engineered build-ings and stone structures in South America and elsewhere. The WATCHERS (Angels) came to earth prior to the great flood and brought all sorts of metallurgy and engineering skills with them.
• DNA engineering was rampant- and YES- there were hu-man bodies merged with animals.szA Many of the man//animal engineering we now dismiss as myth – were ac-tually real. Engineered monsters were on earth. That is why Noah only took pure animals each of their own kind- be-cause the others were already corrupted monsters. Genesis 6:11-12: "The earth also was corrupt before God, and the earth was filled with violence. And God looked upon the earth, and, behold, it was corrupt; for all flesh had corrupted his way upon the earth".
• Genesis 6:4: "There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown".
The above states clearly that there were giants- the result of fallen angels and human wives. It also states that there were giants after that- AFTER THE GREAT FLOOD that was sup-posed to cleanse the earth of corrupt DNA—
• Corruption by the Watchers/Sons of God: The Book of Jasher, often read in conjunction with the Book of Enoch, suggests that the "sons of God" (Watchers/fallen angels) not only had relations with human women (resulting in the Nephilim giants) but also sinned against and corrupted animals, beasts, reptiles, and fish, creating hybrid abominations.
• Widespread Hybridization: The text implies a widespread "splicing" or genetic corruption of the animal kingdom, blurring the God-ordained lines of creation, as established in Gene-sis 1 where creatures were meant to reproduce "according to their kind".
• Reason for the Flood: This corruption of all flesh, along with human wickedness, is pre-sented in these extra-biblical texts as the reason all creatures, except those preserved on Noah's Ark, had to be destroyed.
 How did GIANTS survive the flood? Unknown to Noah- who had pure blood- Ham’s wife was a descendant of Cain—who killed able. After the flood- Noah’s s***m was stolen the night he was drunk & naked--- and was mixed with the cor-rupted blood of Cain and Cain’s mother- EVE.
Even gave birth to Cain & Abel… however; scripture says CAIN was not ADAM’S SON----- In the epistles of John, Cain is considered a son of the Wicked One. Also, Cain is not mentioned in Adam's genealogy (Genesis 5) The epistles of John refer to Cain only one time. It is found in 1 John 3.
For this is the message which you have heard from the beginning, that we should love one another; not as Cain, who was of the evil one and slew his brother. And for what reason did he slay him? Be-cause his deeds were evil, and his brother’s were righteous. (NASB) 1 John 3:11-12
Evil entered the world in the garden when that DRAGON OF OLD (Satan) impregnated eve- and that corrupt union produced Cain--- thus why scripture says Cain was OF THE EVIL ONE. Adam was not evil. And Cain’s blood was in Ham’s Wife on the ARK- and thus the scripture stating there were giants AFTER the flood, but only 3 to 4 meters- not 6 to 12 meters tall- because the bloodline was diluted……..
That DRAGON OF OLD was cursed to crawl on it’s belly forever. It was not a serpent in the Garden- it was a dragon. It would not be much of a curse to curse a snake to crawl on it’s belly, be-cause it already did. And how could a snake tempt eve. It was not about the apple. It was about Satan- who used to be the AN-GEL OF LIGHT--- corrupting mankind’s blood so that Jesus could not be born of a PURE BLOOD woman later. Satan corrupted the bloodlines. The WATCHERS corrupted the bloodlines. And the fallen angels corrupted the bloodlines--- all in an attempt to pre-vent Jesus being born. AND now- that corrupted blood of CAIN continues to affect all our bloodlines in an attempt to make sure Christ does not have a pure BRIDE upon His return………
Brethren—your calling is the most precious and exciting thing in the universe!!! GUARD it until Death if need be…

Christmas day- 2025-
BAH HUMBUG-
Christmas is one of the most evil pagan holidays of the year-- and thanks to the Catholic church they drug JESUS into it so they could sell it to the masses. Jesus was born on September 28th--- not any where near December 25th.... And the 3 wise men (NOT KINGS) did not find Jesus until HE was 2 years old. Jesus was not born in a nice straw filled manger in a barn- but in a shepards cave in a stone water trough.... SHALL I GO ON OR DO YOU GET THE PICTURE? But I am not trying to spoil any athiest's Christmas because they are not called and have no understanding of the truth.
WHAT BOGGLES MY MIND is that called out Christians who attend Feast Days- etc, etc, etc, ARE OPENLY KEEPING CHRISTMAS and even posting online about it??? DUH? WHAT HAPPENED to youi to make you think it is all okay. NOW we are entering the time of the GRERAT FALLING AWAY- and if you are one of those sitting at a festive table full of bountiful food with the tree in the corner and presents under it- and you are wearing your christmas jumper------ then wake up my brother or sister. YOU ARE JUSTIFYING EVIL SIN--- and even dragging CHRIST JESUS into it?

CHRISTMAS—Bah Humbug!
For many years in some countries, it was against the law to cele-brate Christmas. It is an evil pagan holiday.
Christ Jesus – our Saviour, has absolutely nothing to do with Christmas. Firstly- Jesus was born on or very near September 28th. Secondly- Jesus was born in a cave- a Shepard’s Cave- a cave used to hold animals during a storm. Thirdly- Jesus was wrapped up and put in a trough- a trough used to hold water and//or food for the sheep. Fourthly—The LOWEST of the LOW were Shepards- and as such they were not allowed in temples nor courtrooms---- but they were the only ones to visit Jesus in the cave. And Fifth—there was no 3 kings who visited Jesus as a baby. There were 3 wise men, but they did not find Jesus until He was 2 years old. SHALL I CONTINUE?? Point is- stop telling your children evil lies. Just stop having anything to do with this evil holiday. If you are in a church or belong to ANY religion that recognizes Christmas----- ‘’RUN’’………….

DO GOOD WORKS!
John Chaper 3- verse 21: 21 But he that [x]doeth truth, cometh to the light, that his deeds might be made manifest, that they are wrought [y]according to God.
There you have it Brethren. Those of you who believe you are saved by Grace alone are deceived.
Can we be saved by GOOD WORKS alone- or can we EARN our way to God’s Kingdom. OF COURSE NOT!
But God says: FAITH WITHOUT WORKS IS DEAD. Once you are truly born again then you will DESIRE to do good works. God says: PURE RELIGION IS THIS- to look after the orphans and widows- AND GOD ‘’commands’’ us to help the poor.
JESUS is the light that came to the world- but men crave the darkness. Being BORN AGAIN means you welcome the light, and you crave to do good and worship God.

Are You ‘’REALLY’’ Born Again?

Are You a Saturday Sabbath Christian only- while striving to live your ‘’Best Life Now’’ the remaining 6 days?

1599 Geneva Bible: John 3 [e]Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily verily I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot [f]see the [g]kingdom of God.

UNLESS you are BORN AGAIN you will not—indeed CANNOT, see God’s Kingdom. This is not an option; it is a Divine requirement.
BORN AGAIN— meaning born from above. A NEW BEGINNING- a starting over---
This is not something you can generate yourself- IT MUST COME FROM GOD. Without being born again you are BLIND to the Kingdom Of God. You have no access to it WHAT-SO-EVER! You cannot EARN it- you cannot ACHIEVE it of and by yourself. Nicodemus was prob-ably the most religious man in the bible- yet when he went to see Jesus in secret Jesus told him bluntly that he needed to be BORN AGAIN. He was the poster child for the self-righteous thought that you can EARN your way to God via good behaviour, bible knowledge, and moral performance.
Being BORN is not something you DO--- it is something that HAP-PENS TO YOU. A baby does not decide to be born- or when- or how.
A baby is 100% reliant on powers outside itself to be born.

SALVATION IS NOT SELF IMPROVEMENT.
SALVATION IS NOT BEHAVIOUR MODIFICATION.
SALVATION IS NOT RELIGIOUS ACHIEVEMENT.

SALVATION is being born. RECEIVING A LIFE YOU DID NOT HAVE.
Entering an existence that was previously impossible. BECOMING SOMETHING ENTIRELY NEW, that you could never make happen yourself, or become- OF AND BY YOURSELF.
AND THIS CONCEPT of being BORN AGAIN completely destroys every religious system in the world.
It destroys the belief that if you just keep ALL the commandments and you keep ALL the Holy Days, and you tithe and ‘’DO’’ everything that is required of you--- then you are saved. HOGWASH I SAY TO YOU! NONE of us will ever be as ‘’RELIGIOUS’’ as Nicodemus- but Jesus told him bluntly that all his piety was for naught- and that he needed to be BORN AGAIN.
There are over 4000 registered religions in the world, and they are all fundamentally the same. IT IS ALL ABOUT WHAT YOU ‘’do’’ TO REACH GOD. It’s all about the STEPS you take- the RULES you fol-low. The RITUALS you perform. The GOODNESS you achieve.
EVERY RELIGION is about ‘’CLIMBING THE LADDER TO HEAVEN’’ through and by your own efforts. But scripture clearly tells us that our ‘’LADDER’’ is leaning against the wrong wall.
JESUS says- you cannot climb your way to Heaven- you cannot earn your way into the Kingdom of God. So why are you still trying to EARN what was freely given?
JESUS SAYS you can never make yourself righteous enough- good enough- ETC ETC ETC--- YOU NEED TO BE BORN AGAIN.
You need Supernatural intervention.
You need God to do something for you that you cannot do yourself.

And we cannot re-enter our mother’s womb. We cannot GO BACK. We cannot undo WHAT WE ARE. We cannot unlearn our sinful na-ture. We cannot reverse the corruption that has permeated every fibre of our being.
BIRTH brought us into LIFE, YES. But birth brought us into a fallen world with a fallen condition and a fallen nature. Satan is the god of this world, and he is now become pure evil- the exact opposite of GOD. AND NO AMOUNT OF RELIGIOUS EFFORT CAN FIX ALL THAT.
You cannot ‘’IMPROVE’’ your way out of a fallen nature.
You cannot EDUCATE yourself into righteousness.
You cannot ever perform enough GOOD WORKS in your life to over-come the corruption of your soul.

YOU NEED THE NEW BIRTH. A BIRTH THAT DOES NOT COME FROM HUMAN PARENTS. A BIRTH THAT DOES NOT COME FROM FLESH & BLOOD.
YOU NEED A BIRTH THAT COMES FROM ABOVE. A BIRTH THAT ONLY GOD CAN PRODUCE IN YOU!

LET ME ASK YOU BRETHREN:
>> Have you been trying to IMPROVE YOUR ‘’OLD LIFE’’- or have you received an entirely new life from GOD. You see- IMPROVEMENT is ‘’YOU’’ working on yourself. NEW BIRTH is God creating something in you that did not exist previously. IMPROVEMENT is merely POL-ISHING THE OLD. NEW BIRTH is receiving the NEW. Improvement is never enough. You must be BORN AGAIN.

>> Can you point to a moment- a time- a season, ‘’WHEN’’ you were born again, when you passed from DEATH to LIFE, when you re-ceived something from God that you did not have before? OR ARE YOU JUST HOPING THAT SOMEHOW, because you have been reli-gious – that you are OKAY with God? Let me tell you something. BIRTH IS NOT VAGUE. BIRTH IS NOT GRADULE- BIRTH is certain!
There is that moment when you were not alive- and then you were.
There is a BEFORE and an AFTER. Spiritual Birth is the same. There is a BEFORE when you were yet DEAD IN YOUR SINS--- and an AF-TER when you were made ALIVE IN CHRIST.

>> Are you trusting in your ‘’religious performance’’ or are you trust-ing in the Supernatural power of the God--- because this is the fork in the road that separates true Christianity from false religion.
FALSE RELIGION says- I AM DOING MY BEST. I AM TRYING HARD. I AM BEING A GOOD PERSON. I AM FOLLOWING THE RULES. I AM PAYING MY TITHES. THEREFORE- God should accept me based on my efforts.
TRUE CHRISTIANITY says- I was dead and God made me alive. I was Blind and God gave me UNDERSTANDING. I had no life- and God birthed me into His Kingdom. I need to bring nothing except my need because God provides for everything in His GRACE and Through & By the sacrifice of God’s only begotten SON!

>>> If being BORN AGAIN is not OPTIONAL- but MANDATORY, And You Cannot ever see the KINGDOM OF GOD without it- then WHY are you treating this like something you can consider later- instead of something that needs responding to right NOW? Have you be-come LUKEWARM? Do you think you need to clean up your life be-fore God can even consider you? Do you think you must be sitting in some church pew for a year or two before God can consider you? Brethren- you cannot manufacture Spiritual Life. You cannot EARN Divine Acceptance.
You NEED something DONE ‘’TO’’ YOU--- not something DONE ‘’BY’’ YOU. HOW MANY of you have been baptised but not BORN AGAIN. A baby is in the womb immersed in liquid before it is born. Baptism is merely symbolic of that- being immersed in water and then BORN AGAIN. The WATER symbolizes the washing clean of your unclean spirit by the spirit of God. Baptism is SYMBOLIC and does not au-tomatically mean you are BORN AGAIN; nor, automatically saved. Many churches will tell you if you were baptised in another church, you must be baptised again in your new church. UTTER NONSENSE and this just highlights the control church management always tries to exert over you. Who is a mere man to suggest your first bap-tism was not real?
Most of you JOINED A CHURCH- but never were joined to God & Christ. You made religious commitments- but never truly experi-enced religious regeneration. You are all religious and nice on the Saturday Sabbath and then you go back to your old life for the other 6 days. Some of you rush home on Saturday so as not to miss Kick-Off on TV? You have a FORM of Godliness but deny it’s power.

If you are reading this and you realize that you are religious- but you have never been born again- then it was GOD who brought you here. This is YOUR Moment. That is WHY God has you reading this post. This is the Holy Spirit drawing you to the ‘’truth’’ WHICH you need far more than RELIGION.
There are thousands of false religions OUT THERE. The world is full of SEEKER FRIENDLY churches and doctrines that will tell you that you can keep sinning because you are saved by GRACE—that you are saved by FAITH ALONE. But Jesus tells us plainly- FAITH WITH-OUT WORKS IS DEAD. Can you be saved by faith alone--- NO IS THE ANSWER. CAN YOU BE SAVED BY GOOD WORKS ALONE--- NO IS THE ANSWER.

YOU MUST BE BORN AGAIN ‘’FIRST’’--- then you must start working on SELF---- and GOOD WORKS. You must be BORN AGAIN- not re-formed- not educated- not made More Religious. Stop putting the cart before the horse. Once you are born again you will start to feel the DESIRE to do good works- the Desire to clean up your life- the Desire to please God- etc etc……. AND ALL WITH ‘’GOD’S HELP- NOT OF AND BY YOUR OWN STRENGTH AND IDEAS----
The End Times are upon us. NOW is the time to examine yourself.

EIGHT Habits That Anger GOD:
Have you ever wondered WHY your spiritual fire is waning even though you go to church and read your bible?
Have you ever prayed for breakthrough but felt something unseen was blocking God’s favour?
Have you ever sensed that something in your walk with God is OFF, but could not put your finger on it?

Listen Sisters & Brothers:
Let me tell you, it’s not how much you pray but HOW YOU LIVE that matters to GOD.
You may have habits, daily patterns, quiet compromises, subtle behaviours- that stir the anger of GOD.
Even in people who call him Lord, your bad habits could be provoking HIM, and you might not even be aware of that?

EIGHT HABITS THAT ANGER GOD & delay blessings- block prayers- strip power from your daily walk & grieve HIM. These are not just the SINS we hear about in church, but often, the secret provocations that believers often justify and excuse. . . BUT HEAVEN CANNOT IGNORE!
Brethren: we are in the last days. We are now in the run-up to the seven-year tribulation. We are in the time of the GREAT FALLING AWAY. We need a REVIVAL in our hearts.
But REVIVAL does NOT begin with EXCITEMENT.
Revival does not begin with shouting and speaking nonsense in fake tongues.
Revival does not begin with some silly fake faith healer-- and you writhing on the floor as if in a fit.
Revival does not begin with you and 10,000 others at some revival meeting that was only designed to get your money.
NO BRETHREN- ‘’true revival’’ BEGINS with real repentance and you praying in anguish for forgiveness for the sinner you are. And REPENTENCE BIGINS with recognizing what GOD hates. I do not preach COMFORT. This is not some SEEKER FRIENDLY online bible chat link to entertain you. I preach FIRE & BRIMSTONE – not some watered down false doctrine cleverly compiled so as not to offend anyone. God is not calling the masses at this time. SO THEREFORE- if you are called out of this world that means GOD has a specific purpose for you. No time for milk and cookies- we NEED MEATY SERMONS. We need to preach to each other—not try to save the masses. ONLY GOD can call a person, NOT YOU!
We must dive into scripture with reverence. We must expose sin amongst brethren and call it what it is. We are not to judge the person- BUT WE ARE TO JUDGE THE SIN.
Let’s build an army of UNCOMPROMIZING BELIEVERS who set the right examples not only to each other- BUT TO THE WORLD.
>> Casual worship, the kind of lazy arrogant faith that lifts hands but not hearts, that puts on the SHOW of faith but is empty inside. Do not take your calling for granted.
>> SELECTIVE Obedience is Rebellion, a most dangerous habit. Keep ALL the Commandments—not just 10.
>> ‘’COMPLAINING’’ is not a mood- it is a weapon that destroys the honesty of God. The slaves wandered 40 years because of complaining. GIVE THANKS FOR ALL THINGS.
>> Pride: prideful independence is not about what you speak- but how you LIVE! Pride did not begin on earth- it began in heaven & turned an angel into Satan. Be Humble.
>> Secret Sin. To hide sin is to declare God won’t see or Act- but HE does and HE will. Many brethren pray and sing on Saturday but sin in private the other 6 days. Lust becomes struggle- gossip becomes concern- pride becomes confidence. Secret Sin pushes God away.
>> A HARD HEART is more terrifying than sickness- more crippling than poverty- and more fatal than demonic attack.
>> WOKE- in the name of UNITY- the rise of WOKE CULTURE is pure evil, and any tolerance of it separates you from God. A church discipled by culture and not Christ is of Satan, not GOD.
>> TIME: are you trying to live your best life now? We are in the LAST days, and the window of opportunity is closing fast. But there is still time. God is raising up a remnant- those who will not compromise and bow to Babylon and the Antichrist. WHO declares loneliness a ‘global public health concern’…

The World Health Organization has launched an international commission on loneliness, which they say can be as bad for people’s health as smoking 15 to 20 ci******es a day
The World Health Organization (WHO) has declared loneliness to be a pressing global health threat, with the US surgeon general saying that its mortality effects are equivalent to heavy smoking.
WHO has launched an international commission on the problem – led by the US surgeon general, Dr Vivek Murthy, and the African Union youth envoy, Chido Mpemba – of 11 advocates and government ministers, including Ralph Regenvanu, the minister of climate change adaptation in Vanuatu, and Ayuko Kato, the minister in charge of measures for loneliness and isolation in Japan.
It comes after the Covid-19 pandemic halted economic and social activity, increasing levels of loneliness, but also amid a new awareness of the importance of the issue. The WHO commission on social connection will run for three years.
“[Loneliness] transcends borders and is becoming a global public health concern affecting every facet of health, wellbeing and development,” said Mpemba. “Social isolation knows no age or boundaries.”
The health risks are as bad as smoking, and even greater than those associated with obesity and physical inactivity.
While loneliness is often seen as a problem for developed countries, Murthy said the rates of one in four older people experiencing social isolation are similar in all regions of the world.

In older adults, loneliness is associated with a 50% increased risk of developing dementia and a 30% increased risk of incident coronary artery disease or stroke.
But it also blights the lives of young people. Between 10% and 20% of adolescents are lonely, according to figures that are likely to be underestimates. In Africa, 15% adolescents experience loneliness compared to 9% in Europe.
Young people experiencing loneliness at school are more likely to drop out of university. It can also lead to poorer economic outcomes; feeling disconnected and unsupported in a job can lead to poorer job satisfaction and performance.
Mpemba said that across Africa, where most of the population is made up of young people, challenges around peace, security and the climate crisis, as well as high levels of unemployment, are contributing to social isolation. “We believe it’s important to redefine the narrative surrounding loneliness particularly for vulnerable populations excluded by the digital divide,” she said.
Murthy added: “These issues don’t affect one country … [Loneliness] is an underappreciated public health threat.”

WEIRD??
The closer you get to GOD the weirder you look to the world. I had a friend tell me that she drops the F-BOMB on purpose in conversa-tions just so she will fit in with her non-religious friends.
And as you stop caring what people think you will begin seeing and noticing the devil’s tactics. Satan wants to make sin look normal and make righteous look weird!
And the more you get used to sin- very quickly you will discover it has creeped into your daily life. I can remember the first strip club that opened in my city decades ago and all the churches were try-ing to stop it. NOWADAYS- nudity and p**n and sexual advertising is literally everywhere, on our TVs- on our computers and even on dis-play as you walk down the shopping mall. And no one even bats an eye anymore. We all got used to it. Now, just as an example- one church study exposed the fact that 64% of the male congregation was secretly watching p**n. . . and 18% of those were addicted to it. WELL THEY SAID- no one knows. I only watch it in private….. But GOD SEES EVERYTHING. Who cares if your work buddy catches you watching p**n- GOD KNOWS YOU WATCH P**N.
But your obedience to God is FAR MORE IMPORTANT than other people’s OPINIONS! WHO CARES WHAT PEOPLE THINK.
People HATED Jesus and he was literally perfect. They hated Jesus so much the crucified Him.
STOP SEEKING VALIDATION from an evil selfie-snapping, influencer driven world, that crucified a PERFECT MAN.
