As we get ready for the new academic year, our team will be coming together for an INSET day with Tony Sammon, focusing on behaviour and understanding the why behind it through a trauma-informed approach.

We're also excited to be rolling out Paul Dix's Press Play INSET training across the organisation. Every member of staff will complete Paul Dix's Behaviour Change Online Course, with our Senior Leadership Team also undertaking Behaviour Change for Leaders to help strengthen a consistent approach across AS2Educate.

Taking time to learn, reflect and develop our practice helps ensure every member of our team feels confident and equipped to provide the very best support for the young people we work with 🌱

We're looking forward to another year of learning, growing and continuing to make a positive difference for every young person we support ✨

As we get ready for the new academic year, we're excited to introduce our brand-new uniform, designed to reflect our refreshed branding and the next chapter for AS2Educate.

Our new uniform gives our team a smart, consistent look, but it's about much more than what we wear. It represents who we are, what we stand for and our continued commitment to providing a positive, supportive environment where every young person can thrive.

We can't wait to welcome everyone back and see our new uniform in action as we begin another exciting year together. Here's to a fantastic year ahead! 🌟

We're excited to share that AS2Educate is now a registered ASDAN provider! 🎉

From the new academic year, we'll be introducing ASDAN Short Courses and Sports qualifications as part of our curriculum, giving our young people even more opportunities to learn new skills, build confidence and achieve nationally recognised qualifications.

Every young person has their own strengths, interests and ambitions, and we're committed to providing opportunities that reflect this. Adding ASDAN to our curriculum is another way we're creating meaningful pathways that celebrate progress and prepare young people for the future 🌟

We can't wait to see our students embrace these new opportunities in the year ahead!

While our young people are enjoying a well-deserved summer break, there's still plenty happening behind the scenes at AS2Educate! ☀️

Over the summer, our team is reviewing and updating our policies to make sure they reflect the latest guidance and best practice, helping us continue to provide the highest standard of support for every young person we work with.

We're also pleased to have recently joined The Safeguarding Network, giving us access to additional expertise and resources to strengthen our safeguarding practice even further 🤝

Our Designated Safeguarding Leads will also be attending The Safeguarding Network's Keeping Children Safe in Education 2026 seminars, ensuring we're up to date with the latest guidance and ready to share key learning with the wider team.

Safeguarding is at the heart of everything we do, and we're always looking for ways to learn, improve and provide the safest, most supportive environment possible for the young people in our care.

As another school year comes to a close, we've been looking back at how we track and celebrate the progress our students make throughout the year!

Since introducing LearnTrek, it's become much easier for us to record achievements, monitor progress and provide parents, carers and professionals with reports that give a clearer picture of each young person's development.

Every student's journey is different, and LearnTrek helps us capture the progress that matters most, whether that's building confidence, developing new skills, improving engagement or reaching personal goals.

A huge thank you to LearnTrek for creating a platform that helps us share those achievements more accurately and celebrate every step forward with the families and professionals who support our young people.

There's something really special about seeing the people who support our students pursuing their own ambitions too! 💙

Recently, some of our students went along to support Michael Stephenson, one of the AS2Educate team, at one of his boxing events 🥊

It was a brilliant opportunity for our students to see the dedication, commitment and hard work that goes into achieving personal goals. Moments like these show that success looks different for everyone and that it's always worth working towards something you're passionate about.

At AS2Educate, we're proud to have a team who lead by example, both in and outside of work. We hope evenings like this inspire our students to believe in themselves and keep striving towards their own ambitions.

As the school year came to an end, one of our Post-16 students did something incredibly thoughtful for the AS2Educate team 💙 She surprised every member of staff with a personalised letter and certificate!

Each one was written especially for the individual, thanking them for the support, encouragement and care they had shown during her time with us. It was such a thoughtful thing to do, and there wasn't a dry eye in the room!

Working with young people is a privilege, and moments like these remind us just how meaningful those everyday interactions can be. Seeing the kindness, gratitude and thought that went into each letter was incredibly special for our whole team.

Thank you for such a wonderful gift. We're so proud of everything you've achieved and can't wait to see all that the future has in store for you. We wish you every success in this exciting new chapter!

One of our Year 11 students recently enjoyed a brilliant day out at the Emirates Stadium after choosing an Arsenal trip as their DREAM Points reward! ⚽❤️

Throughout the year, our students earn DREAM Points by working hard, making positive choices and getting involved in life at AS2Educate. As they build their points, they can choose rewards that mean something to them, making every achievement even more worthwhile.

For this student, a trip to see Arsenal was the perfect way to celebrate everything they had achieved before moving on to their next chapter.

Congratulations once again, and thank you for letting us be part of your journey. We wish you all the very best for the future! 👏

A huge congratulations to Michael Stephenson on a fantastic performance in the boxing ring! 🥊

Outside of his role at AS2Educate, Michael has dedicated countless hours to training and developing his boxing career. It was brilliant to see all of that hard work pay off on the night.

A number of the AS2Educate team and some of our students were there to cheer him on, making it a fantastic evening and a great opportunity to celebrate one of our own.

We're incredibly lucky to be part of a team that supports one another, not just at work but in everything we do. Whether it's celebrating personal achievements or simply turning up to support each other, those moments are a big part of what makes AS2Educate such a special place to work.

Well done, Michael! We're all so proud of you and can't wait to see what your next fight brings 👏
