Here at Millennium First Steps our aim is to make learning an enjoyable, exciting and challenging experience for all children aged 3 months to 5 years

Nursery for children from 3 months to 5 years situated two minutes from Hitchin railway station which has good commuter links to London. We are the largest most spacious nursery in Hitchin. Separate large rooms for babies aged 3-16 months. Toddlers aged 16 months to 2 years. Sunshine room for 2-3 year olds. Rainbow room for 3-4 year olds. Large indoor playroom for rainy days. IT room with computer

We’re so excited to share that from September, we’ll be partnering with to introduce Spanish lessons at our nursery! 🇪🇸💛

Learning a new language from a young age can bring so many wonderful benefits. It can support communication skills, build confidence, strengthen memory and encourage cognitive development, while also helping children develop curiosity about the wider world and an appreciation of different cultures.

Our Spanish sessions will be carefully integrated into our curriculum, making language learning fun, engaging and age appropriate. Through songs, games and interactive activities, children will have the opportunity to develop their early language skills while learning through play.

And just as we have our Phonics Champion supporting early reading, we’ll also have a dedicated Mini Lingos Champion to inspire and nurture a love of language learning throughout the setting.

We can’t wait to see the children enjoy this wonderful new opportunity and discover the joy of learning Spanish! 💛
