ESKA MINI OLYMPICS - Less than 1 month to go and limited places are filling fast. We are almost SOLD OUT. Another brilliant performance by our juniors at today's grading at the ESKA honbu in Stevenage. Fantastic sprint resulted in 100% success

We'll have fun next Saturday with some self defence and bag thumping!!

First training session for 2021 this morning - so good to have students back in class rather than on zoom! Time to kick back a relax with a cuppa and a cupcake.

So grateful to our wonderful parents for all they do - including getting the kids up and ready every week, taxi service and keeping our juniors encouraged !!

Looking forward to next week’s lesson already

Hi All

It's been far longer than anyone thought, but the next few months sees restrictions being carefully lifted and we're gearing up to see you and restart the fun, the joy and excitement which is Shotokan karate

Training for juniors ONLY will restart on Sat 17th April and we'll be welcoming existing and new members alike. Please contact me if your daughter/son is interested in starting

Adult training will restart in May in line with the next phase of restrictions being lifted - so just a little while longer to wait. Again new and existing members are both very welcome and we'll be maintaining social distancing, hand washing etc etc to keep us safe

Really, really, REALLY looking forward to seeing you all very soon. Stay well and keep safe
