Thank you Mrs Fryer.
Thank you Mrs Fryer for sparing time for our keen historians!
Wrens and Robins classes have enjoyed a science workshop, learning about senses. Kestrels and Swift’s had their turn this week with a workshop about light and dark and how we see things. Thank you to all our adult helpers who supported our groups.
We look forward to sharing our pumpkins at the Pirton Village Pumpkin show. Thank you to our volunteers who have organised to share our allotment 12:00 - 2:00pm!

There is no stopping Robins class! They have become poets and created their own Abcedarius poem as inspired by the poetry of Joseph Coelho. What a wonderful review!
Inspired by the work of Andy Goldsworthy (and perhaps a little time in our allotments!) Robins class have produced beautiful prints based upon patterns in nature!
A huge thank you to all on the PTA who helped organise this today and those who came to visit our cuddly friends! Well done all!
The sunny end to our Spring term may have escaped us but there is a distinct feel of Easter around school today! There is even a touch of spring cleaning and interesting use of natural ingredients in our mud kitchen! We will end our term with our traditional Easter Egg hunt with a prize for all. From all at Pirton School, we wish you a very peaceful and happy Easter.
Altogether again! Very happy children happily learning!

And Christmas wouldn’t be Christmas without a school Christmas dinner! For some of our youngest children this is the first of many more to come. Obviously, not everyone together as on previous years but still time to celebrate with our friends.
Just a few of our Hugs in a Heart messages from our Wrens and Robins classes! These heartfelt messages will be making their way to Foxholes Care Home for residents to enjoy over the Christmas period.
