BABY BELLS best suited for babies 8 weeks - Sitting : A space just to be with baby. Baby bells classes are designed to ignite and delight those freshly acquired senses and help baby uncurl and release trapped energy. Sessions focus on bonding and building confidence. We explore beautiful and original treasures selected not to over stimulate our youngest Hartbeepers, but offer a tiny taster to nourish baby's exquisitely developing senses. BABY BEEPS best suited for babies sitting unaided to First Steps: All aboard the Babble Express, nest stop babble station. Baby babbles are the important beginnings of a baby's development of speech, language and communication. Babbles full of music and rhythm. Celebrate these wonderful happy sounds turned into rhythmic claps, songs and lots of beep beep fun. Every class in a fun filled adventure with lightning effects, cool props and parachutes and larger than life puppet characters. HAPPY HOUSE best suited for children confidently walking to 5 yrs with younger siblings welcome: join Dexter Cat & Adrian Mouse in the Hartbeeps Happy House. each week we offer a different imaginative, interactive and immersive, sensory learning experience. Beautiful, BIG fun, funky and fabulous. Transporting children into a world of awe and wonder, a perfect platform for make believe. Putting children at the heart of our story as we explore jungles, sunshine gardens, enchanted woods and the deep blue sea. ✨ For babies from around 3-4 weeks to 15 weeks ✨

Those first few weeks with your new baby are so precious… and they pass far too quickly. 💗

Baby Loves Massage is a gorgeous, gentle class created especially for you and your tiny new arrival.

Come and enjoy some uninterrupted time together as you learn beautiful baby massage techniques, share calming sensory experiences and strengthen that wonderful bond between you and your baby. 🫶

And it’s not just for baby! It’s a lovely opportunity to get out of the house, meet other new parents and enjoy a warm, welcoming space where feeding, cuddles, crying and nappy changes are all part of the experience. 💕

What a feeling… 💛✨

I was back in Harpenden today, providing a make-up class from when I was poorly over the summer and I have to say, I’ve really missed being in sessions.

There’s something so special about being in that room together. Welcoming new families, seeing familiar faces and sharing a little Hartbeeps magic again. ✨

But today also reminded me of something I say to our parents often…

Have a little compassion for yourself. 💛

We are all only human. We’re all trying to do our best and sometimes we need to check that voice inside our own head.

Would we speak to a friend the way we sometimes speak to ourselves?

Parenthood doesn’t come with a perfect-day guarantee. Some days we’re thriving, some days we’re simply getting through and both are okay.

So be kind to yourself. Give yourself the same patience and understanding you so freely give to your little ones.

It was so lovely to welcome new families today and to see so many of our regular families again.

I really have missed this. 🥹💛

Here’s to a new term, familiar faces, new adventures and plenty more Hartbeeps magic. ✨

Booking a term is always the best way to enjoy Hartbeeps. Coming along each week gives your little one that lovely sense of routine and familiarity, with plenty of repetition to support their learning and development.

But we know a full term doesn’t work for everyone.

So, if you can’t commit to the term, you can still join us with a PAYG drop-in session whenever you can.

A beautiful course designed to help you bond with your baby through the power of massage, touch and connection.

Led by Jodi, our fully qualified Baby Massage and Baby Yoga instructor, each session takes place in a calm, safe and welcoming space. There’s no pressure and no expectation, we’ll meet you exactly as you are on the day.

This gorgeous course is a chance to slow down, deepen your connection with your baby and spend precious time together, while also meeting and connecting with other local parents.

Each week, we’ll cocoon ourselves in our little haven, creating space to breathe, bond and simply be together. ✨
