I was very disillusioned with life and on returning back to the UK was not sure which direction to take. As happens, an opportunity popped up, I followed it and am in the best place ever with life, family, work. If I have a wobble I just remind myself, be the best person I can be and look forwards not backwards because you always trip up !!

Well I am trying to make it happen !!! My legs arent so sure though. Had a Bridget Jones moment getting up . Legs went in different directions !!! Its just like anything in life . painful to start but worth the perseverance, the results will always shine through 😊😂
