You don’t need to start over to reset.
We often imagine a “reset” means:
✨ a brand new routine
✨ loads of motivation
✨ waking up at 5am
✨ suddenly having your whole life together 😅
But honestly, the most meaningful resets are usually much smaller than that.
Sometimes a reset is simply:
☀️ moving your body for 20-30 minutes
☀️ taking a proper breath
☀️ slowing down before burnout
☀️ reconnecting with yourself again
That’s really the heart behind my new Summer Reset.
Not pressure.
Not perfection.
Not an all-or-nothing challenge.
Just a supportive structure through June to help you feel stronger, calmer and more energised 💛
Over 5 weeks, we’ll move through:
🌿 Reset
🌿 Restore
🌿 Rebalance
🌿 Energise
🌿 Thrive
With live classes, on-demand practices, restorative sessions, accountability and a few fun prizes along the way 👀🎁
We start Monday ☀️
Send me a message or head to the link in my bio if you’d love to join us 💛

🤍 Mum & Baby Yoga Classes in Hitchin 🤍
📍 Walsworth Community Centre
🗓 Fridays from 5th June
🕥 10:30am
I’m really looking forward to welcoming a new term of Mum & Baby Yoga classes this summer 🌿
These gentle postnatal yoga classes are designed to help you move, breathe and reconnect with yourself alongside your baby in a relaxed, welcoming environment.
✨ Flexible 5-class pass
✨ First class guarantee
✨ Suitable from approx. 8 weeks postnatal
✨ No pressure if your baby cries, feeds or needs changing during class
One thing I’ve changed this term is moving away from rigid term blocks.
As a new mum myself, I know this stage of life often doesn’t fit neatly into weekly schedules - especially over summer with holidays, disrupted routines and unpredictable baby days ☀️
Your flexible 5-class pass can also be used across:
🧘♀️ Mum & Baby Yoga
💕 Monday evening in-person or online yoga
🌙 Wednesday evening classes
💻 Saturday morning online yoga
So if you miss a Mum & Baby session one week, you can still get your yoga fix (and get some well-deserved me-time!)
You’re very welcome exactly as you are 🤍 Classes are very beginner friendly, so don’t worry if you are new to yoga or have had a long break from exercise.
To book go to the link below or drop me a message!

Yoga has looked a little different for me lately. 💛
Over the past few months I’ve been slowly finding my way back to teaching and practising yoga alongside motherhood - and honestly, it hasn’t looked perfect or particularly graceful the majority of the time.
Some days yoga has been a full practice.
Some days it’s a little human adding some extra challenge/weight to poses.
Some days it’s been five minutes of stretches while the baby naps.
Some days it’s simply been slowing down and breathing for a few minutes.
But it’s also reminded me why yoga matters so much to me in the first place.
Not because life feels in balance all the time but because yoga gives us small moments of calm within the chaos.
Over the next few weeks my classes are gradually returning to a more regular rhythm again, including:
✨ Wednesday evening in-person classes
✨ Monday evening online yoga
✨ Mum & Baby Yoga (new term starts in June)
If you’ve been thinking about coming back to yoga (or trying it for the first time), this is your gentle reminder that you don’t need to be flexible, fit or fully “together” to begin.
You’re very welcome exactly as you are. 💕
First class is free - message me if you’d like to join us.

A little Worker Bee Yoga update 🐝
After a few months away, I’m really pleased to say I’ll be returning to teaching with a phased return this spring.
You’ll find me teaching:
✨ Online Slow Flow from Saturday 14th March
✨ Wednesday in-person classes from Wednesday 22nd April
Monday nights will continue as they are for now:
• Rebecca teaching the Monday 6–7pm in-person class in Hitchin
• Carly continuing with Monday night online classes, alternating Hatha and Relax & Restore
On a personal note, I’m starting to get out and about more with Chloe, who is doing brilliantly (and growing very fast). It’s been lovely to see a few familiar faces recently.
I’ve also been training in postnatal yoga and have plans forming around this — more on that soon.
Thank you for your continued support. I’m really looking forward to being back on the mat with you, online and in person very soon!
Love,
Hannah x

3. Managing baby and dog together = gamechsnger! 🐕
4. White noise + rockit = perfect nap (IYKYK) 💤
5. Hamnet - baby cinema 🎞️
6. Sleep deprivation but still smiling! 😊
I also resumed my physical yoga practice but no pics… it’s soft and slow and very much needed!

Happy New Year 🤍
2026 arrived with the most precious gift - Chloe, born 15th December.
I’ve been very quiet here as we’ve been deep in the newborn bubble, soaking up these early days and planning to stay this way for a while longer.
Sharing a small glimpse, but keeping her face just for us 💫
Wishing you all a gentle start to the year.

👋 I’ve been very quiet on here… mostly because I’m moving a little slower these days. Still very much pregnant, still feeling all the magic and the hormones that comes with it! 〰️
I just got these photos back from a little shoot with the brilliant so thought I would pop them up on the grid as I don’t have any good “bump” pics! 🤰
I’m officially on maternity leave with baby girl due any day now, but Worker Bee Yoga classes are being looked after by the wonderful and whilst I’m off. 💖
This is the last week of classes before our Christmas break - with the very last pre-xmas one online with Carly this Saturday morning if you fancy a gentle grounding practice to counter the chaos of Christmas 🌅
Heading back into mini-hibernation now… as always thanks for being part of my little corner of the internet and I’ll share more news in due course! ✨
