Westview Childcare Quality childminding organanisation on a smallholding The barn is surrounded by a large play field and open countryside.

We operate a small childminding business (normally 2 adults to 6 pre-school children) from a cosy, purpose built barn conversion in Rural Hinstock. The children are able to help care for our animals and grow vegetables and fruit as part of their daily routines. We are governed and inspected by Ofsted and comply with the Statutory Framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage. We welcome and suppo

rt children of all ages and abilities and offer a happy, carefree, interesting and sociable environment where learning is mostly spontaneous and incidental. Any planning is geared around each individual child. I also run a breakfast and after school club to and from Hinstock Primary School.

Clyde the emu has been trying to incubate non existent eggs since April 11th, and only got up yesterday (had to be carried out by Dave!) he hasn’t been eating or drinking so we were getting very worried!
A couple of the children helped me place and collect frozen melons this week from underneath him to break the brooding cycle - it didn’t work, but the children were fascinated 😂
