This is what you don't see..

The hours & hours of marking, quality assurance & visits to my IQA to have standardisation meetings..

All to ensure every assessment is fair, every qualification is valid, and every learner receives the highest standard of education.

So I had to take her a bunch of flowers today for her continued support & help!

Teaching is so much more than what happens in the classroom. Behind every certificate is a huge amount of work to maintain quality, meet awarding body requirements, and make sure our learners leave with qualifications they can be proud of.

The behind-the-scenes work may go unnoticed, but it's one of the most important parts of what we do. ๐Ÿ’•
