Beacon Hill Nursery School require an;

EXPERIENCED EARLY YEARS EDUCATOR

NVQ Level 2 or 3 experience

We are looking to recruit a hard working, dynamic and creative Early Years Educator with exceptional knowledge of the EYFS

Full time hours required Monday to Friday 8.00am till 5:00pm term-time. A competitive salary (based on experience) plus incentive scheme.

Wow! We have been truly spoilt. Thank you to all of our wonderful parents this academic year! We will miss our pre schools but we are sooo excited to see how much our little ones grow and flourish over the summer holidays. From Sian, Rachel and the Beacon Hill Team…have a fantastic summer holidays and we will see our returning children in September. 🌻🌞😎

GRADUATION 2026 🧑‍🎓👩‍🎓👨‍🎓
What a beautiful and emotional morning we had at beacon hill nursery yesterday. We had our graduation for our preschoolers who are departing from beacon hill nursery, to celebrate all of their achievements and milestones they have smashed throughout their time at beacon hill nursery. We have had some of the children since they were babies, learning to crawl and walk and celebrated their first time clapping and first time standing unaccompanied and now we watch them take on their next step to primary school. Wow pre-schoolers we are going to miss you! 😢 🎓

We made some beautiful nature pictures today. Using all of the pretty flowers and plants we have in the nursery garden. The children really enjoyed exploring the garden and creating a picture quite different to using pens and paper!

We have been having ice lollies for our afternoon snack this week, on the days it gets hot hot hot! It’s been helping us to keep cool…including the staff. We hope you’re all keeping cool in this heatwave ☀️ 😎

It’s not just our ice cubes melting ! 🧊
It has been hot hot hot here at BH nursery school but we have had a fantastic time finding creative ways to cool down.
Ice lemonade stand, DIY splash pads, insect investigation and our caterpillars turned into butterflies 🦋!!

What a beautiful week!

We have been loving the weather this week, keeping cool with ice play, bubbles bubbles and more bubbles and themed water trays.
Today we held our Father’s Day stay and play decorating biscuits with our daddy’s ! We hope you love the sunflowers we have grown .

Happy Friday everybody! ☀️🌺
What a week!
We have been exploring the world around us and learning about the ocean 🌊.
From growing our own sunflowers, creating a caterpillar home and watching them develop just like the hungry caterpillar book to finding buried treasure in our ocean themed messy play !
