I'm Graeme Elliott, I created F.Oh.Oh.D to try and help people learn new things about food as well as realise that cooking can be simple, quick and most importantly cheaper and healthier. After going back to college to improve my skills and learning as much as I can from other people and places, I've gathered knowledge to allow me to be free with food. Having always had a knowledge of food from my

mum or school I've taken for granted that everyone knows what I know, but realising that often isn't the case, I wanted to help people and change that. I now run cooking experiences in my home for individuals or groups to come and learn some food skills, from basic to more advanced and all tailored to your level of experience and what you want to know.

Launch day: This Summer, our Knife Skills events will be available alongside the return of our popular Pastry with kids session for the school holidays. This workshop covers choux pastry, and sweet or cheese scones, setting you up for a great afternoon picnic in the park afterwards!

We also have a get ready for Uni prep package. Join us for 3 set sessions in August, to bump your kitchen skills up a grade. Each session will cover practical cooking skills in a group, where you will learn how to make simple and healthy dishes; all to help nourish your body and mind, so that you can get the most out of university as well as saving money.
