A Very Warm Welcome to Our 2026 Apprenticeship Academy Cohort!
This week, we were delighted to officially welcome our newest apprentices to the Shooting Stars Nurseries Apprenticeship Academy 2026-2027 at our beautiful Tettenhall setting. 🎉
Starting a new career can be both exciting and daunting, which is why we are committed to ensuring every apprentice receives a warm, supportive and inspiring introduction to life at Shooting Stars. Our bespoke welcome workshop was designed to help our newest learners feel confident, connected and ready to begin their Early Years journey.
Throughout the day, apprentices had the opportunity to:
✨ Learn about the apprenticeship journey ahead and what to expect from their role
✨ Meet fellow apprentices from across our nurseries and begin building valuable professional networks
✨ Hear from our Area Managers, leadership team and colleagues who will support them throughout their development
✨ Meet representatives from Realise, our trusted training provider, and gain insight into the learning, coaching and guidance available to them throughout their qualification journey.
At Shooting Stars Nurseries, we believe apprenticeships are about far more than gaining qualifications. They are about creating opportunities, nurturing potential and investing in the future workforce of Early Years. Through structured training, dedicated mentors, collaborative workshops and ongoing support from both our nursery teams and Realise, we are proud to offer an environment where every apprentice can thrive.
