We are not choco-block with volunteers 🍫 we don't want to fudge our figures 🍫 but if those of you with super fast Snickers - if you could scan. We also need finish tokens and 2 Marshalls (minimum). It's RDs 99th volunteer so there will be chocolate 🍫

Message from Friends of Hastings

Unfortunately we haven’t been able to staff the cabin this morning so it will be closed

It is the this time since the parkrun has started that we have had to this, if you fancy joining are very merry small band please let us know through here or next week with Shelley in the cabin. All it involves is turning up 8.30-10 ish serving teas and coffees and a bit of cheering the runners as they go by

HOWEVER

Thank you everyone for your support this week. We had some of that liquid sunshine that we haven’t seen for a while.

We are always looking for more volunteers, if you can spare one week every few weeks that would help take the pressure off. There are even roles that will enable you to run as well. Send us a message, or speak to someone on Saturday.
