A friendly reminder:

Our 2026/2027 term-time Forest School starts on Tuesday 1st September 🌳

The last day of our Summer Forest School is on Friday 28th August. Forest school will not be open on Monday 31st August.

Breakfast and Lunch Clubs will also resume on Tuesday 1st September.

What noise do I make?

This activity is a great way for children to engage their senses. Onomatopoeia words are ones which sound like the action they describe, such as pop, beep or moo and young children can pick up these words quicker than other words.

Using sound words gives them a link between a word and a sensory experience and making the sounds of animals or objects helps to exercise their vocal cords and mouth muscles.

The boys in Floppy Bunnies are having lots of fun playing with the small world vehicles mat, which helps to spark their imagination and creativity.

Children love creating stories whilst steering the cars along the roads on the colourful mat This also helps to develop their hand-eye coordination and builds teamwork skills.
