What is Rockfit?
🖤Rockfit is a combination of dance fitness, cardio, body toning with the added bonus of a mind blowingly marvellous rock and metal soundtrack.
🖤The class can be taken at any pace, you choose your level. I will demonstrate both low impact and high impact options.

🖤Please don’t be nervous about taking that first step and coming to a class, I totally understand, I’ve been there too. It’s bound to feel a bit weird exercising with people that you’ve not met before 🤣
All I can say is that we are a very welcoming community, and the best bunch of people! Come and give us a try🤘🎶🎸
