Hi Chris,

It's Ray (the Geordie) from the first aid course last week. Just wanted to let you know that when I finished the course on Thursday, that very night at my local pub an older man dropped down and stopped breathing. I performed CPR on him and because of your training a felt comfortable using the defibrillator which help to get his heart beating.

Thank you for your professional training because without it I'm not sure the outcome would be the same.
