A personal favourite of mine after using it with both Oliver and Aubrey 🫶

Baby yoga is something I truly believe in! It helps babies sleep better, feel more settled and helps to build those early foundations of strength and body awareness all while having a some fun. For you gorgeous Mamas, it's just a really lovely hour to breathe, connect and be around other Mamas who are in their Motherhood era too 🤍

No experience needed. You've got to start somewhere!
