Wellness Warriors on the Run is back this October! 🥳✨

Join us as we start our next wave of building up to running 5K and become part of our wonderfully supportive community, centered around wellbeing, recovery and sobriety 💙

On week 1 you’ll get the opportunity to meet everyone at the club, learn about nutrition and fitness, and ask any questions you have.

Registration is open for our next wave of runners for Couch to 5km beyond!

Join our transformational recovery running club, where we run to help support our recovery, sobriety and wellbeing and importantly each other!.

Our first session 12 October at BNU (High Wycombe Campus) will include a talk about nutrition, the positive impact of exercise and we are even throwing in a free fitness test before we get running.

Then we meet Mondays & Thursdays evenings at the Rye for weeks 1 through to 9 of the programme.

Wellness Warriors Summer Sessions is kicking off this evening with a Beep Test and Baker’s Body Blast! 💪

Join us at Wycombe Rye every Monday evening through to the end of August for a different activity each week. From Body Blast to Pilates sessions thrown in with our usual evening run, we have something for everyone 💙

This Saturday Wellness Warriors are taking on Wycombe Rye Park Run and we want you to join the crew! 💙

Whether you’re chasing a new PB, practicing a steady run-walk, or want to do a 5k in the fresh air, there is a space for you with the Wellness Warriors 🏃🏻‍♀️

Don’t want to run? Join us at 10am for coffee, cake and a catch-up afterwards. ☕️

* When: This Saturday (arrive by 8:45 AM for a group warm-up/chat, run starts at 9:00 AM)

* Where: Wycombe Rye (meet us at the front of Wycombe Lido—look out for our blue shirts!)

* Pace: Absolutely all paces, joggers, and walkers are welcome. No Warrior is left behind.
