& Environmental Community Artist I can also offer nature-based, 'Green' themed children's birthday parties.

With over 30 years experience in Environmental Education & Conservation, I can help to Inspire children, families & individuals to get close to nature through hands-on experiences such as pond dipping, mini-beast hunts, bat walks/talks, seasonal flora & fauna themed events, seed collection/planting, tracks & signs, tree ID, den building etc. I work with Schools, Uniformed and other groups of all ages & abilities, advise on/design/create wildlife areas, trails, sensory gardens, ponds, willow tunnels/domes/living sculptures, orchards, plus fruit/veg (fork to plate) gardens, amongst other things. I am a fully qualified Level 3 Forest School Leader, a member of the Forest School Association, hold a current DBS which is updated annually, have Public Liability Insurance, and am First Aid trained, updating my certificate every 3 years. I run workshops and events for adults (and children) including various willow items, festive foliage wreath making, lantern creation, birds B&B, creatures of the night, family bushcraft, adult forest school/wellbeing events, and have run a nature club for children. It's almost Christmas!

Come along with your children to Micklefield Library today (Saturday 13th December) as we will be making all manner of Christmas goodies at our 'Go Wild About Nature' session from 10am until 12noon, using locally foraged greenery, and recycled materials. Get creative, make a scented pomander, stars, tree decorations, wands and more. Let your imagination 'go wild', have fun, and get in the festive spirit. Look forward to seeing you there.

Great workshop tonight with some lovely people at the last Marsh and Micklefield Big Local at Wrights Meadow Centre for the last Christmas Wreath event this year. Everybody created a fabulous wreath to take home and adorn their door or Christmas table.
