Join me at at Wycombe Arts Centre on the 12th of April where I'll be running creative workshops around the theme of "The Circle of life". We'll be using items provided by nature to create our own visual interpretations of the theme.

Remember to bring your camera or phone to take pictures so you can leave with a printout of your creation. Thank you Wycombe Youth Action for creating and planning this event, I'm looking forward to seeing everyones creations!

I had a wonderful time leading an on/off camera flash workshop at Marlow Camera Club on Tuesday.

The group had lots of fantastic questions and we had great fun using flash in different scenarios. Big thanks to Tony and the other lovely volunteers for modelling for us.

I’ve recently been working with Wycombe Youth Action to deliver OK to talk sessions in schools to year 7 boys.

These sessions focus on boys mental health and encourage boys to talk more about challenges they may be facing.

During our first session we spoke about our love of films and the boys challenged me to incorporate Groot (Guardians of the Galaxy) into a session.

Not one to disappoint I gladly got to work and designed a session on how we change, grow and can choose to change the path we are on.

We had an absolute blast, the group loved this session and meaningful conversations were had.

Had a great day working with young people yesterday at 5 organised with Wycombe Youth Action.

We did mindful photo walks and focused on the beautiful nature around us. Each of the young people took different photos and we talked about perspective and truth.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of working in partnership with Wycombe Youth Action to deliver a fab new project called OK to Talk for New Meaning and ToolShed Bucks

We started with a blank canvass and created backgrounds for our characters along with stories to go with them. We had rescuers, explorers and time travellers.

The key message for this session was that we start with a blank canvass every single day, we can choose how our canvass ends up and it will always end up different to someone else. If we make a mistake it's okay, tomorrow brings a new clean canvass for us to start again.

Well done to all who took part, you did a fantastic job and I loved your creativity.
