Butterfly House Home Roast Ham Hock is back! Only it's in my kitchen 😂 Jilah's Tiny Kitchen 😋😋...

I haven't had this since the days of the cafe... Who remembers it? It was a real favourite... Melt in the mouth, succulent, falling off the bone, crispy crackling and gooey caramelised juices... 😋😋... The business! 👌👌

Persian New Year ... First Day of Spring ... Vernal Equinox ... Beautifully symbolised by the Haft Sin table that Persian households create to celebrate this new time for the year's fertility, good health, prosperity and abundance of all we need to live a good life that lies ahead of us for the year.

I think of it as a kind of physical vision board as each item is to symbolise that which we hope will be abundant and in balance for the new year ahead
