🏉 RUGBY UPDATE 🏉

With the anticipated winter weather and dark night approaching, we’ve decided to take a break from rugby for a little while and will be back in the spring when the weather improves!

A big thank you to everyone who has joined us, supported us and got involved. We look forward to seeing you all again in the spring, ready to get back out on the pitch! 💪🏉

💚A HUGE Thank You to Our Amazing PTFA! 💚

A massive thank you to our wonderful PTFA for purchasing a ball catcher for our children to enjoy in the playground! 🙌

It has already proved incredibly popular, giving the children so much fun, excitement and plenty of opportunities to practise their ball skills during playtime!

It’s a real thrill to see the children enjoying their new equipment, keeping active and making the most of their playtimes together.

We are so grateful to our PTFA for their continued generosity and support in helping to make our school an even better place for our children. 💚

⚽️ A Fantastic Afternoon of Football!

Bentham Community Primary School enjoyed a brilliant afternoon of football at Ingleton Primary School today, playing against schools from across the North Craven area!

We took along both a Year 3/4 team and a Year 5/6 team, and we couldn’t be prouder of how both teams performed. Everyone played brilliantly, showed great sportsmanship and represented our school superbly with their attitude, teamwork and behaviour. 👏👏👏

A huge thank you to Ingleton Primary School for hosting the event and to the Settle College students for organising the afternoon and taking on the refereeing duties. Your efforts helped make it such a fantastic event! 👏👏👏

Well done to all our players — a great afternoon of football and teamwork. Well done! ⚽️

🌟 A HUGE WELL DONE TO OUR TWO SUPERSTARS! 🌟

We are incredibly proud of these two amazing girls who have been fantastic role models, both in school and out in the wider community contributing proactively to keep our local area free of litter.

Their hard work, positive attitudes and the wonderful examples they set for others have not gone unnoticed, and they are both very deserving recipients of the Headteacher’s Award! 🏆👏

🌟 Parent & Toddler Group at Bentham Community Primary School (9:15am -11am every Friday during term time) 🌟

🏫 All families are very welcome!

Come along and join us for a lovely morning of play, learning and making new friends in our welcoming school hall.

Our sessions are carefully planned with early years learning in mind, giving toddlers plenty of opportunities to explore, discover and have fun through play. Our theme today has been inspired by the season of Autumn.

There is lots to do for little ones, with activities thoughtfully prepared to be engaging and age-appropriate, while also supporting those important early years skills. 🌈

It’s also a lovely opportunity for parents and carers to meet others, have a chat, share experiences and build friendships in a relaxed and friendly environment. ❤️

The group is led by Mrs Tyrer, an experienced member of our Early Years Team , who brings her experience and knowledge to ensure the activities are purposeful, engaging and enjoyable for our toddlers.
