Our first trip of many with some of our students to the incredible HairCon!
From watching the live shows and learning more about the hair industry and the latest products, to taking part in games and winning prizes, it was a day full of inspiration and fun.
Safe to say, we all had a fantastic day and can’t wait for the next adventure! 💇🏼‍♀️⭐️😍

We wanted to give an insight into how our students gain the hands-on experience needed for their courses. Our first priority is the safety and wellbeing of our students. For this reason, we do not allow members of the public to enter the provision or act as live models for students.

Students carry out practical work by working on each other in a safe, supervised environment. We are extremely passionate about maintaining high safety standards, and our premises operate with a one-way locking door system to prevent unauthorised public access, while still allowing people to leave safely using the exit release button.

These measures help to ensure that all students are safe, secure, and well cared for while they are with us, giving parents, carers and school’s peace of mind.

We are a fully working, professional salon environment where every student gains real hands-on experience in a real-life setting. Our learners don’t just practice hairdressing they experience the day-to-day expectations, standards, and confidence needed within the industry. We spend time not only perfecting practical hairdressing skills and mastering a wide range of techniques, but also delivering in-depth theory sessions that are just as important. Our students learn the science behind hair, complete coursework, and work towards achieving recognised qualifications through our well-respected City & Guilds hairdressing courses. Every student undertakes practical observations, tests, and creative challenges designed to help them successfully achieve high-grade qualifications. Through the support, encouragement, and nurturing environment we provide, our students complete these assessments with confidence and little worry, allowing them to truly believe in their own abilities.
