On Friday, we not only said goodbye and good luck to our wonderful Year 8 pupils as they begin their next chapter, but we also said a heartfelt farewell to Mrs Dotchin, Mr Roberts and Mrs A Bell.

Thank you for all your hard work, dedication and support during your time at St Joseph’s. We wish you every success and happiness in your new roles. You will all be greatly missed by staff and pupils alike.

Last night, we held our annual Awards Evening to celebrate our Year 8 pupils and their time at St Joseph's. This is always a special occasion, with every pupil receiving a certificate from the Headteacher before the presentation of subject awards, the Music and Sports Awards, the Joshua Cups, and the prestigious Academic Achievement Trophy.
As always, it was a wonderful evening filled with pride, reflection and celebration. We hope our young people will look back on this special event with fond memories for years to come. We are incredibly proud of all they have achieved during their time at St Joseph's and wish each and every one of them the very best of luck as they embark on the next stage of their education.

🌟 Whickham Thorns Adventure Day 🌟
Year 8 had a fantastic day at Whickham Thorns yesterday! 😊
They tackled the obstacle course with determination, enjoyed some action-packed laser tag, and had great fun speeding down the slopes on the snow tubing. ❄️🎯🌲
It was wonderful to see everyone getting involved, challenging themselves, and making great memories with their friends. We are so proud of their enthusiasm and positive attitude throughout the day!

🌿 Our Final Morning 🌿
What a fantastic way to finish our Weardale adventure! 😊 Everyone had so much fun. Yesterday morning brought a lovely refreshing dip to start the day, followed by some very brave tree climbing from our adventurous pupils! 🌊🌳
It's been an amazing trip filled with fun, challenges, laughter and memories that will last a lifetime. We are so proud of everyone for embracing every opportunity and supporting one another throughout the week.
