💙What a day… and what a community! 💛
As we look back on our 2026 FoSS Family Fun Afternoon, we simply want to say the biggest THANK YOU to everyone who helped make it such a fantastic day.
To every family who came along, every child who laughed, played and smiled, and every person who bought a wristband, raffle tickets or refreshments, or simply joined us to show their support, thank you. Every single one of you helped make the afternoon so special.

Every contribution, no matter how large or small, helped us raise valuable funds for our school and was truly appreciated.
A big thank you also goes to our FoSS committee, school staff and volunteers, who gave up their time on the day setting up, running stalls, clearing away and making sure everything ran smoothly. We simply could not have done it without you.
And finally, thank you to the wonderful children of Slaley First School. Watching you all have so much fun is exactly why FoSS exists. Your smiles, excitement and laughter made every minute of planning worthwhile.
Together, our Family Fun Afternoon raised an incredible £1,500, which will go directly towards providing valuable resources, opportunities and experiences for the children of Slaley First School.
