Cold and windy morning in Berlin🥶💨, but delighted to be the first British woman to win the Berlin Half Marathon! 🙌

I felt my hamstring tighten badly around 1km to go. Fingers crossed it's just cramp, but thanks for all the lovely messages! 🥰

Well that was a refreshing run tonight .
Sometimes you think of any excuse not to go , too cold , tired , hungry or basically can’t be bothered
I thought all of those excuses tonight . Even though it felt like the longest 5k ever and just one other runner for company it was soooo worth it . Glad I went 🏃‍♀️.
