Serious training with fun thrown in for good measure, what ever it is you do for a living you can never be to careful, but do you know when to stop? When you can use force? How much can you use, what to avoid and what you must try and do. Not just for adults we adapt this for stranger danger for kids too.

Our regular seminars of self defence Cater’s for a wide variety of people and professionals. Why not give us a follow and keep upto date when our next one is.

You do not have to be a student. All are welcome to join.

I wouldn’t get students to do anything I couldn’t, I even gave the students the opportunity to become sensei for the day. They tried to break me with fancy callisthenics and yoga but I smashed it at my old ripe age of 44.
