St Joseph’s In The Park, a thriving independent prep school for boys and girls aged 3-11, is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join our Woodlands Learning Centre.

About the Role:
You will provide individual support to a child with additional needs, helping them to thrive in our busy and nurturing school environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a forward-thinking school on the outskirts of Hertford, where every child is valued and encouraged to reach their full potential.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience working with children, ideally in a school or learning support setting
A caring, patient, and positive attitude
Commitment to supporting children’s learning and development
Ability to work as part of a friendly and supportive team
