Summer term, 2026, over and out 🫡☀️

With the last of our schools finally wrapping things up for the year, we can finally say Summer has started here at HQ 🙌🏼

What a year 25/26 has been for us. We are so proud of the working relationships we are forming, the fantastic educators and schools we work with, and the foundations of what we stand for...and we aren't planning on slowing down anytime soon 😜

🌟 We are GCA approved! 🌟

But what does that actually mean?!

As of September 2026, a new mandate from the DfE will mean that all academy trusts will be expected to use the GCA (Government Commercial Agency) framework (RM6376) when sourcing supply staff. This will result in big changes to transparency, compliance, and cost control, but the good news is we've got it all in hand 🙌🏼

If you're looking for an agency to work with, either as an educator or as a school, then you are going to want to consult the list of GCA approved suppliers...and to save yourself some time and some reading, may we suggest you start with us? 😜

On Friday, marked 3 years in business 🥳

It's fair to say, our second year was a good one - In July, we started providing specialist Alternative Provision to multiple Local Authorities; In August, we won our category as the best recruitment business in Hertfordshire at England's Business Awards; In October, we moved to a bigger office; In March, we opened our second office in The Midlands; And in May, we achieved GCA approval. Plus, we have met, and started working with, lots of brilliant new schools and educators!
