Join me today for aerobics at 10am or stretch and tone at 11.15am - also happy for you ro join us for kids fitness or, leave the kids with us for an hour and pick them up at 1pm :)

***AQUA-PILATES HERTFORD***

This is the last call for anyone that wants to book onto these sessions in Herts at the end of August. Without two bookings per day i will have to cancel them and offer as swimming sessions with me instead :(

We will be adding an evening aqua-fitness session next week 6.15-7pm in TEWIN (Wwelwyn) so there will still be an exercise class available that week BUT it would no longer be a morning offering and it would likely be set up as Mon,Wed,Fri aqua-fitness class and Tue/Thu Aqua pilates

Is your body achey and tight? Don't fancy exercising in water but also don't want a super sweaty exercise class??? What about trying our:

STRETCH AND TONE CLASS 11.15-11.55am @ THE READING ROOMS, HOLBEACH with Natalie on FRIDAYS (August 7th and 14th and then from 4th Sept weekly)

Focuses on stretches (dynamic and static) for the whole body and toning exercises using gentle body weight and light weights if you like.

Set up as a gentle warm up with stretching and mobility exercises, standing and functional exercises plus mat work and finishing with more stretches and relaxation - 40mins long and just £4 per class drop-in all you need is a mat and a bottle of water.

You are of course welcome to do the 10-10.45am aerobics (45mins and just £4 per class too), have a coffee/tea/cold drink and a chat (maybe a biscuit) 10.45-11.15am and then onto the stretch and tone after
