🧺☀️ Our Bears Family Picnic ☀️🧺

Our annual Bears Family Picnic was another wonderful opportunity to bring our nursery families together and enjoy some quality time outdoors.

It was lovely to see everyone enjoying the fresh air, laughing together, and making happy memories.

A huge thank you to all of our Bears families who came along and made the afternoon so special. We love hosting these events and creating opportunities for children and their families to spend time together in such a relaxed and enjoyable setting.

🧺☀️ Our Cubs Family Picnic ☀️🧺

One of our favourite annual events and once again it was a lovely afternoon spent together with our wonderful families.

After enjoying a picnic together, the children had the best time exploring the field—running around with their friends, playing ball games, watching the ducks, and making the most of the sunshine. There were lots of smiles, laughter, and special moments shared by everyone.

Thank you to all of our families who joined us. It’s always so lovely to spend time together outside of our usual nursery routine.

As another wonderful year comes to an end, we’re beginning to say goodbye to our school leavers👩🏼‍🎓

It has been a privilege to watch each and every one of them learn, grow, gain confidence, and make so many special memories during their time with us. We are incredibly proud of everything they have achieved and know they are more than ready for their next adventure at school.

Each of our leavers has received a personalised PE bag containing their nursery learning journey, along with a certificate filled with messages from all of the staff—a little keepsake to remind them of their time with us and just how proud we are of them.

To all of our school leavers, we wish you every success, happiness, and excitement as you begin this new chapter. We know you’ll all do amazing things! 🌟

As part of celebrating our school leavers, we asked them one very important question…

“What do you want to be when you grow up?” 💭

Their answers were full of imagination, ambition, and big dreams—and we absolutely loved hearing every single one!

Some were incredibly thoughtful, while others had us all laughing at their wonderful sense of humour!😄

What a fantastic way to celebrate our wonderful school leavers! 🎉🎈

Our School Leavers’ Party was filled with smiles, laughter, and so much fun! From bouncing on the bouncy castle and dancing with friends to party games, balloons, and lots of excitement, it was the perfect way to celebrate all of the amazing memories we’ve made together.

Wishing all of our school leavers the very best as they start their new chapter at school. We know you’ll all shine! ✨

A few of our nursery cubs enjoyed a lovely trip to the park recently 😊 thank you so much to LTR supplies for supplying our new high Viz jackets for children and staff, they really do help to keep us safe and seen 🚗

We are looking for a qualified member of staff although we may consider an apprentice or unqualified for the right applicant.

Nursery practitioner to work with 2-4 year old’s primarily.
· Ideally Level 2 or above
· All year round
· To start asap

Approx 25 hours per week between 8am -6pm

We are looking for hard working passionate person who loves working with young children aged 6 months & up who is able to work well within a team or on their own, is able to use their own initiative and bring new ideas & experiences to the team.

The successful candidates will be required to;
1) Have a sound understanding of a play-based approach to children's learning and development.
2) Have good basic knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
3) Have good knowledge of the Key Person system & be able to carry out observations, assessments and planning for several Key Children.
4) Have a positive attitude, be motivated, adaptable, kind & caring.
5) To be enthusiastic, use own initiative and able to think creatively to enhance children’s learning and development.
6) To want to grow in experience, be able to reflect on and expand their own practice & professional development.
7) To have good communication skills both written and verbal.
8 ) To work well within a staff team to provide a caring and happy, safe and stimulating environment.
9) Work in closely in partnership with the parents/carers.
10) Ensure confidentiality is always upheld.
