On Sunday 7th September at 3pm, there will be a Nationwide Emergency Alert Test. The alert will send a loud siren, message and vibration to mobile phones, even if they're on silent.
If you're a victim-survivor of domestic abuse with a secret or secondary phone, the alert could reveal your hidden device.
🧷 Stay safe by opting out of the alert in your phone's settings:
iPhone: open settings, tap notifications, scroll to the bottom of notifications, toggle off Extreme and Severe Alerts under the heading Emergency Alerts.
Android: Search 'Emergency Alerts' in settings, select Turn off Severe and Emergency Alerts.

This morning we have had a visit from Sir Roger Gale. We invited him in to discuss the current issues around the under funding for Early Years.
He really liked our setting and understood our concerns and has gone away with a better understanding of the challenges being faced by the Early Years sector.

📕🤩Stick Man Tuff Tray🤩📕
Our bears have been loving the story ‘Stick Man’ recently so one of our staff done this lovely extension activity!
The children used their imaginations to recreate parts of the story and repeated some of the phrases they’ve learnt from the story. Our younger children fully emersed themselves in the sensory experience, using their hands to feel the various textures🤩
