Dear Parents and Carers

Due to rising Covid numbers in both pupils and staff, we have had to take the decision to cancel the quiz on Friday. If you have already paid for this you will be able to collect your money from the School office.

At the moment all other events are continuing but we will revise this on a day to day basis.

Herne Junior School Raffle Prize Donations - message from Mrs Bennett:-

Good afternoon, I am wondering if any lovely people out there can help support Herne Junior School’s Christmas event(s) this year.

We are looking to hold a raffle, among other things, and it would be wonderful if any cake maker, wreath maker, craft maker or local businesses could donate a prize for our raffle.

This year, all proceeds will go towards the children’s Adventure Playground to further develop this area, so the children can use it all year round.

If you are able to help please let me know (email school office).

You can either drop off to the school or we can arrange to collect, providing you with a letter from the Headteacher, containing all the details.

Due to the fact that some pupils may not now be in school next week, we have decided to draw the Christmas Raffle tomorrow. If you still want to be in with a chance to win one of the prizes you will be able to send the money in tomorrow morning.

Once the raffle has been drawn we will send out a list of the lucky winners. If your child is not currently at school and your name is on the list, please contact the school office to arrange collection.
