Bossing it

Bossing it I believe in you! You can do it and I'll show you how, book my no obligation Discovery session now

Sharon brings a wealth of experience to Bossing it, having spent all of her working life in Leadership roles. Starting with Marks & Spencer fresh from school, after 10 years she moved into independent retail management then faced redundancy. Looking for ‘any’ job to pay the bills, she joined the Civil Service 30 years ago and stayed. She has worked in a variety of customer contact roles, led numerous teams of varying sizes and latterly worked as a Leadership Consultant within the HR function. Sharon has an absolute passion for developing people and seeing them grow, enjoying being part of that journey and seeing their success.
