There is actually no requirement to keep moving when you attend a class. This is your sacred time, your body, your practice.

When Zoe and I hold our Women’s Retreat Day next Sunday afternoon, we invite every woman to only move in the way that their energy allows.

Sometimes we are exhausted or our body is stiff or sore and we just need to lie down and rest, and you have full permission to do that.

So if you’d like to join us for this day, or one of our separate classes, you are free to join in with whatever you feel to in the moment. I absolutely love dancing! But currently I mostly sit and go on an inward journey because my hip is still painful and I’m usually pretty tired.

So we place no expectations on ourselves to keep moving, we just allow ourselves to be, and that is the ultimate self care 🥰

Friday mornings are my tonic too. I'd be much reduced without the chance to feel and move on anything that isn't really serving me. It creates space for me to be more grounded and to find space to bring in what I do want to bring into my life.
