🙌🏼 We will be adding an outdoor session every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 11am to our Group Training timetable throughout the summer holidays (sessions not on when Ben is away).

😅You are welcome to bring your children of any age - but we recommend bringing bikes/scooters/footballs/toys to keep them busy whilst you train (and plenty of snacks!)

💪🏼Sessions will consist of a range of training methods but will mainly incorporate the natural surroundings and landscape, benches and the vast pathways at Tupsley Quarry.

💙ALL FOR OSCAR

We have been busy selling raffle tickets and collecting prizes ready for Saturday and have been overwhelmed by your generosity so far! Thank you everyone🙏🏼

We have purposely kept the exercise element of Saturday morning fairly low key until now, so we can concentrate on the fundraising and prize collecting.

However, we will be running 3 (40 minute) sessions from 7am at The Studio - keeping the format fairly similar to a normal Saturday morning and inclusive for everyone.

We welcome anyone who wants to join us for 1,2 or all 3 sessions so please let us know asap to grab a place - or book on Gymcatch as normal for those that have the app. There will be no charge for any classes this weekend.

Raffle tickets will be on sale all morning from 7am as well as tea/coffee to help yourself to, and the amazing Traybake Treats tiffin from 9:30am.

Our main aim since coming up with this plan 2 weeks ago was to quickly raise money for Oscar and his family. There is no pressure to exercise - you can just be there - you can buy raffle tickets on the day or bank transfer in advance - or just simply join us for a coffee and the prize draw at 10am.

Your support, in whichever way, is all that matters.

Wow - we’ve had more amazing prize donations over the last 24 hours! Thank you to the people and businesses for getting in touch and being so kind.

We will be updating the list later this afternoon and putting it out on Instagram and FB so you can see what has been added.

Remember - you can message us for tickets and bank details if you’d rather make a bank transfer instead of bringing in cash. We will then send you an image of your tickets. No problem at all.
